Carcillo isn't a pussy. Laviolette wants his team to be much more disciplined then Stevens wanted it and that included keeping Carcillo from getting penalties every game. The clip of Carcillo not fighting Orr was shortly after Laviolette took over so if Carcillo wanted to stay on the Flyers he had to not fight everything that moves.
