One of the last real country artists left. Some young real country artists are coming in, but they are being pushed away from success by contemporary artists. This man though is the real deal, him, Reba, and George Strait. They are the last on the neo-traditional revolution of the 1980s.

Agreed. I bet Jamey Johnson would have more chart success if country music wasn't so fixated on the contemporary artists.
