Someone please explain me how the hell Masato looks so strong with those muscles when his weight is just 155 lb???? and he's 5'9... i'm 5'7, 155 lbs and even when i swim, gym and muay thai, i look nothing compared to him....

@carliux8888888 because he is actually around 80kg+ naturally. he cuts weight for k1. so he is solid. but also down to genetics. just look at fedor. or gokhan saki. they are in top shape but dont look it.
