Love this album but after reading some history on these guys it's obvious the lead singer is a megalomanic - in other words he's a big prick. Kind of takes some of the shine off.

This is a very impressive live performance. It's nice to see a concert where everybody is just jumping and enjoying the music instead of trying to fucking hurt each other.
i think the idea that it is everywhere i think that is why towne spelling is used that way to make it broad and established. i am from campbelltown Sydney and my band have some songs about wanting out of the place. everyone wants out of their town or hates their hime at some point. and thats what its all about. i bet live would say now that they love their home. songs are moments in time not always a persons entire existence
the song isn't necessarily about the town they're from.. i can relate to the song even though i'm not in the ghetto or surrounded by drugs or anything. i think it's just a song about a typical boring american town.

I live in the "Shit Towne", and Live is the worst thing to arise from the town. I am amused that such an uneducated contingent of our country's assholes could find the nerve to spell town "towne". They use british colloquial language and then go on to say god bless america during the song. I still love the music, they were just idiots at this point in their careers.
No matter where you live Shit Town is your home LOL :-)
