  • This definaltly had a mr2 turbo lump in the back, it was at santa pod around 6 years ago, maybe its been changed since. There is another vid on here of this mini racing an impreza and it states mr2 mini.

  • I bet you he parks it in a mini garage !!

  • That is the coolest mini ever

It is quicker than my car and a lot of others.

  • I love the pun of the title :P

  • <---- click here for free a subscription

  • awwh it did a lil wheelie

  • Thats cute lol haha

  • Cute

  • fuckin sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • bilnkel...no its my car..i built it

  • only last couple of seconds worth watching

  • just to clear things up

me and my cousin built this car it has an 1994 mk2 mr2 turbo engine mounted in the rear. we cut the mini floor out and welded in the complete floor and rear end of my matescrashed car. it used to run 12.9 1/4 at santa pod then we added slicks and 50bhp nos and thats when it started to wheelie :) it then ran 11.1 a few times and we were told if we could keep the front down it would do 10's

    thankyou billy

  • I though mini coopers were front wheel drive? aparently not all of them

  • @raykeens They are, this one is heavily modded :)

  • @R1ddic lol hang ya this one is.

  • you don't race (or whatever) a front wheel drive car

  • @RealMusicValue I have seen suped up front wheel drive cars drag racing. Not those ricers with body kits, rims, and exhaust either. I bet it'd be a bitch to race one though with a shit ton of horsepower

  • haha you dont race period. your not even old enough to drive! stupid little shit.

  • @RealMusicValue

You do. You drag race them, touring cars, some rally groups are specifically for FWD.... and, just to SUPER prove you wrong, the focus RS mk1, [FWD] is QUICKER than a subaru round a dry track.

Have you ever driven a FWD car? OR ever driven a FWD car on a track? Have you ever driven on a track? OR, more appropriatly, have you ever driven your daddys car, you fucking 2 year old CHILD!

  • they are, this one has a different engine built into the back

  • what a bunch of pricks saying it's a vw bug with a mini body on, it's a mini end of.

  • the engine is in the front on an original you tard

  • on a rear wheel drive muscle car? are you kidding? what muscle car is that short?

  • could be a shortend bug chassies with a mini body on it

  • "shortened bug chassis" spaz

  • NOT a mini. Mini's are front wheel drive. That's a Frankenstein.

  • it looks like a mini on a VW Beetle chassis to me.

  • cool car, but tht was NOT a big weelie

  • it's not a big car...

  • It's not a Mini.....

  • that would be why the title is mini wheelie

  • A mini doing a mini wheelie.

  • why it is called a mini wheelie.

  • Because the car is a Mini Cooper, and it is doing a wheelie.

  • TITLE??

  • thats the biggest wheelie EVER...

    HAHHAA

  • The engine so powerful that she can land on her roof ^^

  • It was built by Z-cars here in the UK and definatly has a Hayabussa engine in the rear. It is an incredible piece of kit

  • Is it your car? What kind of power numbers does it make and did you lighten the front end more than obviously putting the engine in the back. I understand that removing the engine from the front will tremendously lighten the load and make wheelies easier it just seems to me that a stock busa isn't enough. Did you set it up with a drag suspension (90/10) shock set up? It's Bad Ass no doubt, i'm just curious.

  • its a small light car, i think they also turbo some of em

  • @rsmini Nah, it has a MR2 turbo engine in the back, I spoke to the driver at Avon park after he popped this wheelie. From what I remember they were trying some noz and the driver was pretty surprised when he saw sky on the launch

  • @rsmini apologies, i thought you said "incredible piece of shit"

  • probably vtec engin

  • Bike engines make no torque, hardly doubt that the mini had a bike engine and could pop the wheelie. Most likely it was a v8 mounted in the back of the car, there are rover and chevy powered mini on here. To me it also sounds very throaty to be a bike engine, sounds more like an 8.

  • the busa motors have some good trq numbers. especially when modified. cant believe you'd think this car has a V8.

  • @gotmatt2 bike engines create no torque i think u need to re think that as a bike engine revs harder has a smaller power band and is meant for higher top speed as they rev up to 14k rpm when a car revs no were neer that actually the engine that people say was in this revs up to 16k rpm with a high powerband at the top topping out close to 200 mph on the original bike . if you still dont believe they have torque check smart car with busa engine

  • the highest torque number on a busa is around 100 lb/ft, and that's around 7k not 14-16k. however i am aware of how hp is calculated at rpm helps multiply the tq to make higher figures-that doesn't make more torque though. Powerband relates to horsepower not torque. That said the busa is one of the highest tq producing bikes because it has one of the largest displacements, many bikes only make 50 to 60 ft/lbs-less than a three cylinder geo metro. That's why I said bikes make no tq.

  • LOLOL WHEELIE? WTF? That was Hopping not a Wheelie.

  • agreed...

  • crazy xD

  • amazing

  • ma lil brutha rc car can do dat

  • economical...

  • thats not a wheelie ..

  • Comment removed

  • It's not a v8, it's an inline 4 motorbike engine, if you listen ;)

  • thats a hop

  • a mazda rx2 can do dat two cheak it out

  • ta bien gracias por el coment pero nada kita q es una reberanda mamada ese video jajajaja me cago en tu dios y voy aser q te trages tu propia mierda eso q ni k chao culero

  • Pretty cool and impressive! Nice video

  • no subas mamadas viejo

  • que mamadas que mamadas pero tu eres tonto ? puto mexicano me kago en tu boca retrasado

  • other than that, pretty damn impressive lol... i want that mini!!!!

  • i seen this car @ pod few years ago was a mr2 turbo rwd pulling 10 sec qtr's also popped a wheelie in 2nd gear

  • hello this is a car dont a cycle idiot

  • I saw Evel Kneivel jump a motorcycle over a bunch of school busses on TV once. It was pretty OK.

  • I think thats the one with the MR2 engine in the back

  • you're a genius... i wanna be like you when i grow up "jbailey454" lol. you are the king of the obvious. first of all, mini's are ALL WHEEL DRIVE, and in case you didnt know, front wheel drive cars can NOT pop wheelies... it obviously needs to have torque at the rear wheels you fucking idiot

  • i dont wont to tell you you talking daft so dont take it that way but im sure the mini was front wheel drive thars whot made them so good on the rally cercit but you could be right i know this one isnt but it could have been changed over to rear wheel easly enough well they did put the engine in the back and it didnt start of there corotor12345

  • dean, please, go check, mini's are AWD. now, they used to be FWD. but making comments like"it has to be RWD" is like saying "it has to have an engine" no joke, seriously? i thought it ran on free energy!! pssstt (sarcasm). now read what i said, and read what you replied, and you'll see you didnt say anything useful.

  • i used to have a old mini pickup and that was front wheel drive that why i say i thought they were front wheel drive best moter i ever had i wasnt being critical i was asking as much as any thing corortor12345

  • Glad you talk shit cause THE HAVE ALWAYS BEE AND STILL ARE F.W.D you reject dont run your mouth you dumb ass

  • jeez, i can't believe it. look genius, go check, seriously. there are plenty AWD mini's... i said, they USED to be FWD because the purpose was space, but with time technology has become more important, and, along with comfort, so has performance. so now you get inline 4, turbocharged AWD, sport suspension mini's. ok? why'd you think they race mini's so much?

and to end this, the point is, has always been, and will continue to be: people saying "ZOMG TEH MINI WIF REAR WHEEL DRIVE!" are idiots...

  • There is a 4WD Mini, but it is not in production yet.

It is an "offroad" Mini NOT a sport Mini.

    All the Coopers are FWD.

That is a mid mounted motorbike engined RWD Mini, possibly converted by Tiger...

  • Corotor where do you get the idea that the mini is an awd vehicle? The mini is and always has been a front wheel drive car. I worked as a mechanic for Austin, British Leyland and Rover for many years and have worked on and rebuilt hundreds of the things. The only rear wheel drive minis I have ever seen are custom one offs and I've only ever heard of 1 4x4 car. The factory (as far as I'm aware) certainly never made one unless we're counting the metro which had the 6R4 version built for rallying.

  • little late I know, but there wasn't any production AWD or RWD minis, ZCARS make a conversion for RWD and Minitec makes and AWD conversion powered by a honda b-series with a CRV AWD transmission and AWD system. The ZCARS is also a tube chassis-not really a mini. There are some v8 and bike minis converted to RWD, but the bike option is most popular. These companies are in the States I don't know where you're from, anyways have a good day.
