we need to leagalize ffor all its medical uses and it will save money and make money if we tax it and if u kepp it illegal were still going to use it but be gettin from dangerous drug dealers so bottom line LEAGALIZE MARIJUANA
don,t give a flying fuck weather its legal or not if want to grow it I will, if I want to sell what I grow I will, if I want to keep what I Grow I will, I,ll never pay criminal corporate taxes on any of it, so the suits can take a step back and fuck their own faces
This stuff can cure cancer!!! Why should it be illegal? And cigarettes, alcohol, legal, and illegal drugs have millions of deaths and marijuana hasn't had one single recorded death. Plus cigarettes cause cancer and that is legal
My grandfather *god bless his soul* always told me " there is a time and place for everything". Do you plant corn in the winter? no because the dirt will be rock solid and the cold will destroy the plant. when is the best time then? When the conditions are ripe!! Did you know that the movie avatar had to wait 15 years to be filmed because the director thought that the people at the time were not ready for such an open minded imaginative film. "wait, watch, observe, react'
@808Hea yeah it pretty much summed it up, and it makes a lot of sense, if MLK was born during the civil war, theres no way he could of gotten his message of equality out. but what i want to ask is when do YOU think the right time is? basically when has winter ended?
@dtpheif hmm the right time to take action... ripe conditions... if I had the political power, id try my best to educate the people about marijuana and other drugs that do the real harm. Id butter up everything that has a powerful voice congress/media/royality/ignorence. One hard blow to the government and a powerful advertisement would be to have a converstaion with a person who has a good relationship with the people, on national television live. Iv seen too many unprepared hippies choke
but someone has to pour the water. has any great leader ever said now is NOT the time to act? what should i wait for? if i wait to long, the right time will pass me by. id rather try to get it done early then wait for the right time, and have it pass me by. but the first step is informing the people. showing the people that they are being lied to, and let them learn the truth, encouraging them to look it up for themselves, if we dont act now, we will never have the chance to act later.
Why are people on here all trying to practically force other people who have chosen not to smoke this stuff all trying to convince them too?Why can't you just respect the ones that are against not becaus eof the lies and propaganda, but because they care about family, their dreams, wanting to succeed in life. You know, all that "shit" you jackasses let go just because your spirits were broken by some loser or school. If we can't get you to change, what makes you think you'll get us?
@Rubenmon1 READ THE WHOLE THING!!!! oh and your forcing your view too you hypocrite. your saying im wasting my life because i smoke pot. YOU DONT KNOW ME, im well off, have a good supportive family, that knows i smoke pot, on track to getting a great job, you got to not give into bullshit. in fact assume everything i say is bull shit, do the research your self, look up why its illigal, the crime rates in decriminalized countries, medical marijuana benefits. DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!
@dtpheif You're just like any other just don't see the negative things that will come from it do you?No need to get made, smoke pot so you can calm down HAHAHA.Your reply up there doesn't make sense. So what really got you to smoke pot huh?I doubt you just went to try it for curiousity. And besides, you sound like an emo on how you use to be before you became weak.
@Rubenmon1 if it didn't make sense let me explain it to you as well as i can. I havent seen any negative things come from it. both my parents smoke pot, and have since they were in college. and they are both functioning members of society with middle class jobs. i did try it myself with out pressure, because i knew it wasn't as bad as i formerly believed, after doing the research. and no, im a very normal kid, not an emo, and even if i was, what diference does it make? im done with you man, bye
Odd I honestly think that it was a bad idea to vote to legalize marijuana in cali. It would have been a better idea if people waited a few years more until more people tried it.
@cadidaddy uhh yeah did you not notice how popular marijuana got after 2005? A huge rush of marijuana dispencaries poped up all over cali. In just a few months. IF you waited a few more years maybe 15. People are goan open their minds. For instance because of growing marijuana indoors people all over the world are now growing thier own food. Using the same way to grow.
@808Hea when people are saying its a good idea, but wait a few years. then get on that as soon as possible. what is the diference between it being legal now, and in 5 years?
@dtpheif Well doctors have been prescribing marijuana 92% more compare to the year 2004 to now. Notice the boom of marijuana dispensaries all over Cali. If we waited till other states legalized it then more people would get to try it and see its greatness. There are so many people who vote against it that know nothing of the plant thinking its just as dangerous as heroin! Fucking the senate allowed us to vote for it because they fucking new we would lose the vote.
@808Hea well california is one of the states where people are allowed to create propositions if they can produce enough signatures on a petition, it didn't have anything to do with congress "letting us" do it. its our state constitutional right to be able to create and vote on propositions
@dtpheif So if there were a lot of people who loved heroin and petition for that do you think the senate would say "oh well its your right go ahead"....no.... its too dangerious of a drug. that like saying eating glass is okay as long as enough people agree on it. get wut I mean? The congress let us vote instead of fighting a storm. why because marijuana has no kill record or complaints. you cant fight that. its only gona make them look bad.
@808Hea the courts can overturn unconstitutional ammendments. like prop 8, the people voted for it, but the courts decided its a discriminatory law. if the people want to vote on it, it will be voted on. if there was an amendment to allow eating glass. californians could vote on it. it would most likely be overturned in the courts though if passed.
@808Hea when the people are informed and see how damaging the laws are, and how harmless the plant is. the faster you can inform the people, the faster you can legalize the plant. people seem to be apathetic and ignorant. and others are apathetic to the ignorance, or dont know how big the problem is. inform the people, get them to care, and they will fight for the right thing.
@dtpheif Not everyone as a people would accept anything, being informed or not, not everyone is willing to accept. That's why I think they should have waited longer to vote for legalization. If you water down a mountain it time it turns to rubble.
@808Hea i apreciate that, and i must say you also seem like an informed person who truely wishes for the best interests of the world, and im always happy when i can have an informed discussion with someone rather than an idiotic one, so after the conversation preciding ours it was good to have this one.
@dtpheif Another thing that I was raised by is to have a overwhelming voice. When people challenge someone with political power they either get immediately shunned and kicked to the bottom of the conversation or overwhelmed by the voice and tenacity of the other speaker. thus not getting the information into the common public. A lot of people that are against marijuana don't know a thing about it and wont try to look up information because they believe what they been told by someone they trust.
@808Hea the thing about information goes both ways though, there are pro marijuana myths just as there are anti marijuana myths. and what i say about the right time to take action, is the same as yours. but it just takes someone who wishes to succeed, and dares to fail greatily, that is needed to lead. anyone can be that leader, even you.
@dtpheif Exactly!! I would give my life for someone who would help the human race surpass its capability. But nowadays its hard to find someone of such standards. Marijuana is not the only thing I wish for. Self sustainability is also what the world needs to work on. But I don't see much being done "more effort". Iv seen people who succeed. But only in great warriors and actors... they have perseverance and focus. I want that bread into the populace. "there's a technique for everything"
@808Heabut someone has to pour the water. has any great leader ever said now is NOT the time to act? what should i wait for? if i wait to long, the right time will pass me by. id rather try to get it done early then wait for the right time, and have it pass me by. but the first step is informing the people. showing the people that they are being lied to, and let them learn the truth, encouraging them to look it up for themselves, if we dont act now, we will never have the chance to act later
You know, I been asking questions on videos like these of why people smoke weed and their reasons to have it legalized, and yet no answer. Why's that? I mean, people who say to keep it illegal have a good reasons. So to you hemph smokers, what's yours?
Even Cali. was afraid of the negative events it could bring.
But seriously why have it legalized? Just so you won't do long time for messing yourself up? Why would you all want tax on it?
@Rubenmon1 Are you fucking kidding me? Look around a little bit, do a little research, and you will found out why it needs to be legalised. I honestly don't know of any good reason to keep it illegal.....Followers of some loser? Who am i following lol? I don't know wtf you're on about......
@MrXx0xx0xx Why don't you take your own advice for once. Look around, the world you're living in is only a fantasy. I already gave you reasons, you however failed too, what can't think of any? Course there isn't any, if there is it's for greed. Yup, 'cause you see that it's all 'popular', you're afraid if you don't go with the trend these days, you're gonna be left out. Why don't you get high on life and screw the plant. it gives artificial happiness which will never last unless you smoke it.
@Rubenmon1 "The world you're living in is only a fantasy" This shows you know nothing about the effects of marijuana, Im guessing you have never tried it before? And you are assuming im a pot head. I smoke on an average of once a month with some friends, i don't think that makes me a stoner. Most marijuana users (including myself) don't use marijuana to escape reality, there is an appropriate time and place to get high. Some of my friends smoke, some don't, it has nothing to do with "trends".
@Rubenmon1 You did not give me any reasons. I could sit here all day writing valid reasons for why it should be legal. Legal for "greed"? Do i even need to respond to such stupidity? Greed is the reason marijuana is illegal, you need to learn some history. You need to let go of the biased mainstream media, they are spoonfeeding you with propaganda, do your own research and come to your own conclusion.
@MrXx0xx0xx People like me don't need the fckin media, you know why? Cause I see all those all around me who get hooked on weed waste their lives. But see that's the thing about people like me, I stick to what I believe in. Want reasons then, alright one would be for some one to triumph in there dreams than to run to weed for some fake happiness. Maybe what i say may sound lame, but that's because you betrayed all that believed in for what? Why don't you give me your reasons then.
@Rubenmon1 People who use weed don't get "hooked" (marijuana is not physically addictive). They are not drug addicts desperately trying to get their fix. You need to stop stereotyping marijuana users as "stoners". Yes, there is a very small minority who smoke weed all day and prioritise it over everything else, but MOST people who use weed use it responsibly and in moderation. That pretty much makes your next point invalid. But to add to that, 12 US presidents smoked pot, including Obama....
@Rubenmon1 (continued) Other famous people who smoke weed: Michael Phelps, Richard Branson, Rick Steves, Aaron Sorkin, Michael Bloomberg, Ted Turner, Montel Williams, Stephen King, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Dude i could name you hundreds of successful people who smoke weed. Im sure they all acheived their dreams. My point is, if someone fucks up their life its not the weed's fault, its THEIR fault.
-What people put in their body is none of your fucking buisness
-There has not even been one recorded death related to marijuana in the 10,000 years it has been used
-Alcohol prohibition did not work, it created gangs and violence (including Al Capone)
-A regulated, legal market in marijuana would reduce marijuana sales and use among teenagers, as well as reduce their exposure to other drugs in the illegal market.
@MrXx0xx0xx Dude do you think we care about those fckin rates? We know it hasn't killed any one naturally like a drag. Why can't you hemph smokers stick to your shit of 'defending weed' and quit using other drugs just to hide the bad things weed does. When mexico legalize weed for a certain amount you can carry, every thing got worse, and you say legalizing it will make it better here where it's more 'indemand' and stop the 'phony war on drugs'?Open your eyes your eating the shit potheads feed you
@Rubenmon1 Everything got worse when mexico legalised? Don't know where you heard that from. But you realise that mexico has become the corrupt shithole it is now because of the drug cartels right? 28,000 people have been killed in Mexico since 2006 because of those drug cartels. And statistics show that legalising marijuana would not cause a significant increase in use, in many places where it has been legalised drug use has actualy decreased.
@MrXx0xx0xx actually if you researched,it's not always the drug cartels. No freakin drug dealers kill in day light as well in public. And from a mexican show I saw that kept track of murders, the people killed in 2010 were at least at 13,000. And in 2010 their gov. raise the legal amount a person you can carry. I doubt weed will be used less if legalized. Cause for one you all act like if it is candy. If candy was illegal and then legalize I doubt people would stop eating it less.
@Rubenmon1 Drug cartels might not do the killing but they certainly cause the killing. Linking the deaths in 2010 to 'people being able to legally carry more weed' is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. Stats show that marijuana use will stay the same or in some cases decline. In all places where marijuana is legal the usage rates are the lowest. You select only 1 or 2 of the reasons i posted earlier and ignore the rest, which shows how brainwashed and ignorant you anti-weed nazi's are.
@MrXx0xx0xx I live practically on the boarder,I know gangsters and killers not related to the cartels are the ones doing it,the cartels are an excuse. No,really thing about, really.Like I said, weed has become some thing like candy. If it were legalized,I know people would be going daily to the store to get more and more.People who fight to keep it illegal aren't thinking about themselves,we're trying to make sure the future is real than a cloud of that weed smoke. It's time really mature up.
@Rubenmon1 Did you even read my fucking comments? This debate is going nowhere, you are stuck up on looking for how weed can be "bad" for people, ignoring the fact it is one of the safest drugs. Also ignoring the fact that STATISTICS show if it were legalised use will NOT increase. Its common sense dude, ever heard of someone say "i want to try weed but i won't because its illegal", i never have. Look what happened when alcohol became legal, gangs and violence SIGNIFICANTLY decreased.
@MrXx0xx0xx People wouldn't function asthey normally would while on it jack,is that clearer or you need some one to explain it more? It's funny how hemph smokers always use their"scientific proven facts by gov. scientist"over again never can come up with more than what they're fed.Lets this be the last indeed, cause I got better things to do than to argue with some one who will become a no life.I got my life to live by finishing college and getting a real career.Don't take good advice for granted.
@Rubenmon1 There is a huge difference between swear words over the internet and violence/aggression. Your ignorance amazes me. I will become a no life? Dude, i smoke about 1 or 2 joints PER MONTH and it does not in any way effect my motivation or what i want to do in life. Its amazing how quick you judge cannabis users. If you want a real career you are going to have to really open up your mind because from what im reading you are extremely narrow minded.
@MrXx0xx0xx You keep on muttering the same thing over and over.No seeing that you didn't swear before and now started too shows you know you're losing control of this debate and have no real reasons, only poor excuses.Watch this,it'll show you we aren't so ignorant as you think youtube.com/watch?v=sb8Xcoxqx-E&feature=related WE are the one's that did the research.People like you only abuse it for your evil persuation to others who are having it hard, but have a chance for a life.
@Rubenmon1 Poor excuses? You gotta be kidding me....do i have to list you all the reasons again? And no i do not abuse cannabis, how many times have i said that i smoke 1 or 2 joints a month? You are either extremely stupid or just trying to deny you lost the debate. You obviously don't do a good job of reading my comments, as i said some of my friends smoke, some don't and the ones who don't are not pressured to do so.
@MrXx0xx0xx Really, you're the kind that just wants the last word on things like this don't you? You're relly stubborn you know that?Always picking the wrong side.but it's alright, one day not long from now, you're going to regret what you have started all for the sake of some losers who don't really care about you.Yes I have,it's pretty much stupid, you all think this is a joke?Unlike you losers,we take this serious especially since it does ruin people's lifes. You copy and paste the link after www
@Rubenmon1 What ruins people's lives is this country's retarded drug laws. Marijuana on its own has never ruined anyone's life. It's just not that addictive.
@Rubenmon1 Swearing doesn't mean shit about whether someone's lost the debate or not. You're confusing style with substance. Sometimes, you read something so idiotic that replying in friendly, G-rated language just doesn't feel adequate.
@Rubenmon1 Once again you are still ignoring most of the reasons for why it should be legal. The only thing you moan about is how weed affects the individual, when that is almost COMPLETELY IRELEVANT to why it should be legal. You're avoiding the topic we are debating, which pretty much shows you don't want to change your views, because you can't be wrong, right? I was once on your side, legalising another drug looks like a stupid idea, but do the research and you will fell like you have woken up.
@MrXx0xx0xx That's you too, maybe your not describing me,you're describing yourself, always muttering the same thing over and over.Wells see that's your side, not mine.I stick to my side til I run out of reasns why to keep it illegal, which there are many which you will never accept cause of your stupidity and ingorance of true important things in life.Your obviously gonna stick with yours just cause your so called friends accept you through it.Acceptance is better when nothing is need of/from you
@Rubenmon1 With your logic and mindset, we should make ALL drugs illegal, even caffine. We should also make cheeseburgers and any kind of junkfood in the world illegal, cause look at how many obese people there are.
@MrXx0xx0xx Ok another thing is why do you keep bring me up?You're not going to change your views either,I changed mine over time,so don't be quick to judge. You don't read my comments either,so quit saying don't read yours cause it's obvious on the previous comments I do.Oh yeah lets start illegalzing every fatty foods, see you're always hiding weed behnd other things out of this debate.
@Rubenmon1 When i say "make junkfood illegal" i meant that with YOUR logic that would be the solution, not mine. You are admiting your stupidity and immorality if you say "I stick to my side til I run out of reasons why to keep it illegal". Thats ridiculous, so if i had 20 strong reasons for why it should be legal, and you had 1 reason to keep it illegal, then you still think it should be kept illegal? Im wasting my time, you havn't even given me a proper reason for why it should be kept illegal.
@MrXx0xx0xx the guy isn't worth the trouble. he has this crazy reffer madness view of marijuana. a huge lack of information except the extremly biased links he pulls out his ass. but try this. dont get mad, they would love to say see how hostile you are. be respectful, and dont try to change his view, just give the better argument. people read these comments you know.
@dtpheif The funny thing is that what he was saying made no grammatical sense whatsoever. I also hate idiots like him who spew their nonsense without any justification. I agree that here is no reason to punish people for victimless crimes, especially when it makes no difference to the people who aren't involved. And yet, marijuana, gay marriage and euthanasia are still illegal :(
@agentmuffinman i dont really care about grammar when a person argues over the internet, its not really a show of there intelegence. i care more about what they are actually saying, and where i can catch there logic flaws or misinformation
@Rubenmon1 "People will not function as they should while on it". Holy shit mate, you have a LOT of learning to do. While some aspects of that statement is true, that is why it is treated as a DRUG, there is an appropriate time and place to get high. Look at all the people who drink alcohol, and you question why i smoke a joint once or twice a month? Don't judge before you try, marijuana can't be used as an escape from real life.
@MrXx0xx0xx obviously you've shown agression therefore in some sense you are bound to do just about any thing violent to get weed. You didn't even answer the previous questions, supporting my agruement it will never get you to be some one, just a loser.Hell even cali. wasn't that stupid to legal it cause it sees the low rates of graduates in high schools, even they aren't that thick and blind.I never said "weed kill by cancer"or the lame myths people back then said now did i?
@Rubenmon1 in england where there are strict drug laws. use of hard drugs has gone up 3000%, in holland where light drugs are decriminialized. its gone up 0%, in the philipines where ALL drugs were legalized. it has gone DOWN 1%. and yes i get my sources from the knowlege at my disposal. i also can back up all of my information. i dont just pull it out my ass.
@Rubenmon1 Im pretty sure a lot of people care about those rates and i was comparing weed to legal drugs. What about the wife and kids that get the shit beat out of them when the drunk husband comes home? What if he was high? The worst he would do is raid the pantry. Weed doesn't do "bad" things you brainwashed tool you sound like you are still caught up in the reefer madness era.
@MrXx0xx0xx My question to you then is, why do you smoke it? What's so important that you have to legalize it just you won't get the hard time. Why do you all want it even taxed? As long as you do it out of sight and away from the public. Why fight for some thing you already can get? What do you plan to do in life?'Cause no one will hire some one who does drugs, they wouldn't want to throw every thing on the line for some one who can't get it straight.
@Rubenmon1 Why do i smoke it? ill be completely honest with you. Because its on of the safest drugs to use, if it was a hard drug i would not be using it. I smoke it on average once or twice a month with friends because its a great experience, its just really fun and you become very creative, and i feel completely normal in the morning (unlike feeling hungover from alcohol). Some people go to a pub and get wasted, we choose the safer alternative and peacefully chill at home.
@MrXx0xx0xx How do you know if you wouldn't be using it if it was a hard drug?Dude,i'm sure if you were to be sober, you can come up with more creative thing. You doubt what I just typed cause you been on that thing while doing some thing creative(which idk what it is).Dude it's better to get high on life than on a freakin plant, cause your seeing the good part of the real world, even as dark as it had become, than to be on that stuff living in a fantasy.
@Rubenmon1 "How do you know if you wouldn't be using it if it was a hard drug?" Because im concerned about my health and well-being thats why. Thats also the reason why i stay away from the hard drugs like coke, meth, heroin, tobacco etc. You are STILL ignoring the fact that its not an issue whether weed can be bad for you or not, read over my other comments and the reasons i gave you. Because you are ignoring most of them, which basicaly shows you are lost.
@MrXx0xx0xx You say I haven't been reading your comments? You say I said that I'm saying weed is bad for you? When did I say that?I've given examples and reasons of how it's better and why you just shouldn't do it, and you say I don't know what I'm talking about? Not to mention you've lost control of this discussion mainly cause you're already "f'in this, f'in that".Wow you obviously shown how desperate you are to get it legal so you can screw yourself and those who want you to succeed. It's sad
@Rubenmon1 weed wakes you up! before i used to be just like you weed is bad it will destroy your life!, then i tried it. i was LIED TO! it felt great, i was totally in control of what i was doing. i didn't want to do anything crazy or violent. i wanted some food and to talk. everyone was very nice around me, even the ones i knew from violent backgrounds and i have been smoking pot for a year. i am not in anyway dumber, or sick. rather, i like to find out pot info when im high, and good at it.
@Rubenmon1 So does that make us criminals? Do we deserve to be convicted or go to jail? You realise that every 30 seconds an american is arrested for cannabis right? Lawers, politicians, buisness owners, employees of all sorts, the top apademic, the school drop out, you name it.......
@MrXx0xx0xx let me tell you some thing weed, coke, meth, ect.are called drugs, not because they kill,it's because people will not function as they should while on it.How do you expect to become some one if you're wasting your time on this stuff? What will you do once your parents are gone for good?Go with your friends and chill with them? It's better to straighten your life now.Of course, cause it's like they're killing the american dream. As lame as it sounds, come on you dreamed of becoming some one.
@Rubenmon1 why do you simply assume all pot users are wasting there lives. many START in college, and finsih college. many of them have 3.5 gpa's, and come from good families. or even if they dont, a lot of latchkey kids end up using pot at home. and those kids dont have a parent to take care of them, they have to take care of themselves. i know a few. also learn the diference between hemp and pot
@dtpheif give me the name of this "source".Right things are easily said than done.Seeing that you put more than one comment shows you're desperate for this stuff, but why?If anti-drug people can't change your minds what makes you think we'll change ours?We know the truths cause WE are the ones that did the research cause you all were off getting stoned. And you all abuse of the research made.Obviously you're puppets of the drug dealers and you're out to do their dirty work.
@Rubenmon1 marijuana: a chronic history a documentary on history chanel. The Union: the business of getting high. (you can find it on youtube if you want) NIDA the national institude of drug abuse, a government funded website that shows the statistics of drug abuse in the united states. grass (a documentary about the history of how marijuana became illigal, where you will learn of the racism and propoganda set in the 1930's that allowed the drug to become illigal) lucky i ran out of characters.
@Rubenmon1 i do research so i can make sure i can educate people like yourself. and i get high about once every two weeks. oh im the pupet? really do some research, or try the thing yourself. then you will see who is being lied to. look up J.D anslinger. Dupont. marijuana prohibiton in the 1930's. the war on drugs. the list goes on and on and on. and yes i am passionate about this issue, im passionate about any injustice
THC's LD50 in rats is 1270 mg/kg (male rats) and 730 mg/kg (female rats) administered orally through sesame seed oil and the LD50 for rats by inhalation of THC is 42 mg/kg of body weight which can indicates we'd have to smoke 1500 pounds of cannabis within 20 minutes. It's time we put on our big boy pants and legalize it already. And I'm not some burnt out liberal hippie. I smoked weed on one occasion years ago, but now I'm considering starting to regularly smoke cannabis to add to my protest.
All you douche bags should stop trying to make your arguments about how good weed is and stop trying to legalize it. What do you think is gonna happen you'll be able to grow it wild in your back yard and sell it to everyone. Not without giving the government 60%, oh yeah and the other 40% is just gonna go to the cost of growing and paying for your bills which also goes to the government. It's better off illegal you idiots. What we need to do is legalize heroin cocaine and all that shit.
@parsleysprigs I agree with that last line, everything should be legal, though it should probably be controlled similar to alcohol. But it's not better off illegal because you can lose you job and property over it. I'd rather pay a bit more than go to prison, lose my license, house, ect...
@compwiz00 In colorado if you have a license you'll get in as much trouble in public if you had a license than if you didn't, the license only permits private use in your home. And my friend has a license and a employer didn't hire him because he smoked. They have the right not to hire you even if you have a license. Why because it's for medical use and if your chronically ill they have the excuse of not wanting to hire someone who is incapable of doing the work safely.
@parsleysprigs I should have specified, I was referring to a driver's license. I shouldn't leave comments right after I wake up. I've read about the issues with employment and medical marijuana before, most annoying.
@dntreply2me Have you ever taken a look at the evidence for things like LD50 and long term side effects for cannabis? Have you ever compared them to other drugs like alcohol? Cannabis is relatively safe. Though kids should not do it, because their brains are still developing, and I personally do not advocate cannabis use. But that's beside the point.
Cannabis is much safer than some other things that are legal. Your argument is so flimsy that if it was a table you couldn't put a vase on it.
@onthatpowder your the dumest fuck ive ever met, thats not what bud is about, its not about blacking out and getting fucked up, its about chilling and getting away from all the bullshit in life and just to take you to a different place so fuck you you dumass
@GARMENTA909 That is why people who smoke marijuana will often jump off building because they think they can fly or end up lighting themselves of fire to kill the ants crawling on them. Its a Schedule 1 drug like heroine. Schedule 1 !!
@Armornone I have no master but I do have a mistress. And it doesn't matter if I hurry back or not, because eitherway I get a whooping...But thanks for your concern.
@MiZzTwItChYwIcKeD Yes, I have uncovered your plan. You are trying to use sick and dying people as a tool get your foot in the door to legalizing a dangerous drug( schedule 1 like heroine). You hippies could care less about medicine and sick people but all of a sudden, you are bringing them in wheel chairs to political rallies and harassing politicians. One you have your foot in the door, you than try to legalize it for yourself or have a excuse to have it. Nice try but is still against the law
@MiZzTwItChYwIcKeD Heroine comes from a plant too you retard. The plant does not excuse the fact that its a dangerous drug. a Nuclear bomb comes from uranium which is a rock. So if you are against nuclear weapons then that means you are against a rock by your logic? Why do you hate geologist ?
@Armornone NO OK FUCK YOU! Its a plant that in its natrual being can make you think about life a beautiful thing if you want to focus it on that you control it if you want to! heroin! is a DRUG THAT MAN TOOK FROM A PLANT AND CHANGED IT TO BE A FUCKED UP THING! SO FUCK YOU AND ALL YOUR BULLSHIT!
@MiZzTwItChYwIcKeD Tobaco is just a plant too and it causes Cancer. Plants can make heroine and certain very deadly poisons. Its boils down to chemistry and trying to alter the mind so you can escape from reality. It is not good for a society and 95% of AMerican don't do illegal drugs. So you are the freak retard here.
@Armornone ...95% don't do illegal drugs? Almost 40% of adults admit to using cannabis in the USA at least once in their lives, 20% at least once in the last year. These stats are only for cannabis, and do not include other drugs. Do a bit of research before you make a claim like that. I would post links here, but youtube doesn't allow it.
And yes, natural doesn't equal safe. If escaping from reality is bad enough to ban things, we'd better ban books, movies, TVs, theaters, dreaming...ect.
@compwiz00 You are wrong. Where do you get your numbers from? The High Times or some hippie marijuana propaganda? I got my numbers from the justice department not drugged out criminal communist hippies. By the way, your little drug fest lost even in the Liberal California! So you can suck on that Bitch.
@Armornone I just looked around for better sources and found this:
whitehousedrugpolicy[dot]gov
I certainly wouldn't call that a hippy site.
Looking around more, the CDC says that only 5% have used marijuana in the past MONTH. Which makes a lot of sense to me, most people I know save it for special occasions. There are about three hundred million people in the USA. Five percent of that is still fifteen million people.
@compwiz00 5% is not 40%. I told you that 95% of America did not do drugs. So basically you are saying that I was right and you were wrong? I got my info from the justice department. Funny, 15 million people is about the number of illegal aliens in the US. Hmmmm, I wonder if most of the drug users are illegal aliens and hippies?
@Armornone Clearly, you didn't read the numbers in my first link. You're only right when talking about use in the last month. The numbers are indeed above 40% for some age groups use ever or in the last year.
@compwiz00 Look, if you want me to ready something that B.Hussein Osama wrote about illegal drugs, then I really don't accept anything from someone who lied about so many other things. Fort hood shooting not terrorist related? The Justice department and the CDC are creditable organizations and I trust the 5% number. We can play these gerrymandering games of looking as 14-20 in the gay part of San Francisco, but I am talking about America as a whole. 95% don't do drugs. It should be 100% one day
@Armornone I don't think alcohol will be banned again anytime soon, and banning it didn't make anyone stop drinking last time, so I don't think we'll ever have 'no drugs.' I could get high from the morning glories in my mom's garden. The seeds are full of LSA. (like LSD) I don't like Obama either, but you'll note that most of the number on that page are from before he was elected. You numbers are right only referring to use in the last month, as most people who use weed don't use it every month.
@compwiz00 I never meet a hippie who did not like Obama. You must be smarter than your peers. Are these morning glories legal or illegal? If they are not illegal, why don't you just have fun with that so you won't risk going to jail?
So you think that all of a sudden, all the marijuana smokers stopped for the month of October ? I think that the users would average out. Alcohol is not considered a schedule 1,2 or 3 drug. Its not illegal. Prohibition was done by liberals actually not conservative
@Armornone Alcohol is proven more dangerous than weed in almost ever way though, and I have some personal grudges against it. I don't care who the prohibition is done by, it never works. Not for alcohol, and not for marijuana.
I don't think they all stopped for THIS month, but the survey your numbers are from was 'have you smoked in the last month?'. Most people who use weed don't smoke it every month, thus most of them answered 'no'. We should talk via PM, not enough room here.
@compwiz00 So since you think prohibition does not work, should Heroine, cocaine and meth also be legalized? Prohibition did not work from alcohol because American has had a long tradition of using it forever. Alcohol also has real uses such as fuel, and cleaning, sterilizing equipment,etc.. So if this morning glories are legal, then why not use the chemical to make your own drug and be immune from the law if you sell it since its not illegal? There must be some drawback to it.
@Armornone Yeah, it's comparable to LSD. That's not something you can just do for fun like weed. There are lots of things that are legal and more dangerous than weed, which is why I don't understand why it's not legal.
I do think heroine should be legal, though not freely to everyone. I'm not sure exactly how one would arrange it though. Currently, addicts are scared to get help, because they don't want to get into legal trouble, or their friends. There must be a better way.
@Armornone Yes, morning glories are legal, though the chemical in from is sceduled but are much much more intense than weed, and thus not something that I'd do often.
@Armornone "Hippies" Seriously? Are you actually a time traveler from 1966? Have you spent the last 40 years in a coma? Were you cryogenically frozen in a time capsule? There haven't been any "hippies" for decades. They all grew up and finished college and became doctors and lawyers, and are now mostly retirement age. A lot of people liked Obama during the last election, mainly because he wasn't batshit insane like his opponents.
@Armornone It doesn't matter what alcoholis "considered," or what classification it gets in the corrupt and flawed "scheduling" system, the law doesn't determine how dangerous it is, especially when the law is unjust. Marijuana is many times safer than alcohol. Alcohol is extremely addictive, it is a neuro-toxin, it causes damage to the brain, nervous system and liver, and has destroyed countless lives. Marijuana causes none of these symptoms.
@Armornone Prohibition is and has always been a conservative policy. It has been the bread and butter of every far-right conservative administration. It has been such a successful conservative talking point that not even most liberals with much at stake have traditionally had the balls to tackle it, for fear of being smeared as "soft on crime," or "soft on drugs." That is beginning to change now.
@Armornone Actually, the Fort Hood shooting was an example of a deranged man taking part in deranged violence. The only tie connecting it to Islamic terrorist organizations was the fact that Nadel Hassan was Muslim, which is a complete coincidence. It's like examining the ethnicity and religion of the next serial killer or workplace shooter and trying to tie the two together. Charles Manson was of Scottish ancestry, does that mean his murders had something to do with Scots separatist groups?
@yerk3 Wow, U R serious? 1.Fort hood shooting was a terrorist attach. He said infidels should be beheaded and oil poured down their neck. During the shooting, he was praising Allah. Jackass! 2. Prohibition of alcohol was done by liberals but conservatives. Who prohibits fatty foods, sugar at public schools, chocolate milk, has anti-mcdonals commercials. Yep, Liberals1! I see a lot of homeless hippies so your statement is full bullshit. You lost, I won. so suck it ass clown. No drugs for you!!!
@Armornone If the Fort Hood shooting was a "terrorist attack" which terrorist organization ordered it? All your quote shows is that he was insane. Insane people sometimes do insane things, then attribute it to religion. I remember hearing a news story about a woman who shot her own son in the head because she wanted to "sent him to Heaven," to protect him from this sinful world. Is her church culpable for this religiously inspired killing? Prohibition wasn't done by "liberals," jackass.
@Armornone It is insane to try and compare efforts to make sure school lunches are healthy and Prohibition in the 20s. These are two entirely different things. For one thing, school lunches are something that students have little choice over, they're a captive audience, so the healthy option should be the default. If they want to bring their own fattening or sugary snacks, that's their business. Where is chocolate milk being banned?
@Armornone What do you mean by "anti-McDonalds commercials" As in commercials against McDonalds? Efforts to curb McDonalds commercials? Where? In schools? Nobody should be advertising in school anyway. Again: captive audience. And again, it is insane to compare any of these to Prohibition in the 20s. Where are the chocolate milk smuggling rings? Where are the bloody showdowns between the McNugget cartel and Diet Enforcement Agency S.W.A.T. teams?
@yerk3 Google morgue mcdonald commercial. Google schools ban chocolate milk. We are not talking about a alternative, we are talking about a ban on a particular food( aka taking away a choice). there are cases of student being suspected for bringing in a particular food. Right captive audience subjected to food Nazis. In san Francisco the liberals are trying to ban the happy meal ! Yes, its you guys who are causing the problem of prohibition. Also, the fort hood shooter on a Jihad. Google it!
@Armornone Ah, so you are referring to a commercial against McDonalds. What is wrong with that? Are you saying nobody should be allowed to criticize the McDonalds corporation, that children should have corporate pitches shoved down their throats in lieu of an education? And so what if a school no longer offers chocolate milk? Do students need chocolate milk? If they want to bring their own snacks, that should be their decision, but the school shouldn't be wasting money on unhealthy foods.
@Armornone I forgot some people still have a problem with a little weed. Give it a rest, man. In a couple years it'll be legal and the country will be able to simultaneously gain millions of dollars in tax revenue, and save billions in law enforcement each year. Prohibition was abolished because after the great depression america needed some quick cash and figured it could legalize and tax booze. When our country needs the stoners to bail them out, we'll be here. It's not going anywhere, bro.
@Frenchguydawg So you support prohibition against happy meals and chocolate milk but want to legalize schedule 1 drugs? Typical liberal nut job, no wonder you lost even in California.
Some schools will expel kids for bringing their own chocolate milk as well as ban it from sale in school.
You are a filthy hippie or minority and I hope you join the other 20 million in jail for marijuana use.
I bet those 20 million people also forgot that people have a problem like 95% of Americans and D.O.J
This may be a joke. But i seriously don't want it to be legalized. I'm raking in heaps of money from the stuff.

"wait, watch, observe, react'

dtpheif 9 months ago

Odd I honestly think that it was a bad idea to vote to legalize marijuana in cali. It would have been a better idea if people waited a few years more until more people tried it.
808Hea 11 months ago
@808Hea pots been around for thousands of years,u think a couple years is gonna make a big difference?
cadidaddy 10 months ago
@cadidaddy uhh yeah did you not notice how popular marijuana got after 2005? A huge rush of marijuana dispencaries poped up all over cali. In just a few months. IF you waited a few more years maybe 15. People are goan open their minds. For instance because of growing marijuana indoors people all over the world are now growing thier own food. Using the same way to grow.
808Hea 10 months ago
@808Hea when people are saying its a good idea, but wait a few years. then get on that as soon as possible. what is the diference between it being legal now, and in 5 years?
dtpheif 9 months ago
@dtpheif Well doctors have been prescribing marijuana 92% more compare to the year 2004 to now. Notice the boom of marijuana dispensaries all over Cali. If we waited till other states legalized it then more people would get to try it and see its greatness. There are so many people who vote against it that know nothing of the plant thinking its just as dangerous as heroin! Fucking the senate allowed us to vote for it because they fucking new we would lose the vote.
808Hea 9 months ago
@808Hea well california is one of the states where people are allowed to create propositions if they can produce enough signatures on a petition, it didn't have anything to do with congress "letting us" do it. its our state constitutional right to be able to create and vote on propositions
dtpheif 9 months ago
@dtpheif So if there were a lot of people who loved heroin and petition for that do you think the senate would say "oh well its your right go ahead"....no.... its too dangerious of a drug. that like saying eating glass is okay as long as enough people agree on it. get wut I mean? The congress let us vote instead of fighting a storm. why because marijuana has no kill record or complaints. you cant fight that. its only gona make them look bad.
808Hea 9 months ago
@808Hea the courts can overturn unconstitutional ammendments. like prop 8, the people voted for it, but the courts decided its a discriminatory law. if the people want to vote on it, it will be voted on. if there was an amendment to allow eating glass. californians could vote on it. it would most likely be overturned in the courts though if passed.
dtpheif 9 months ago
@dtpheif When do you think would be a good time to vote for the plant?
808Hea 9 months ago
@808Hea when the people are informed and see how damaging the laws are, and how harmless the plant is. the faster you can inform the people, the faster you can legalize the plant. people seem to be apathetic and ignorant. and others are apathetic to the ignorance, or dont know how big the problem is. inform the people, get them to care, and they will fight for the right thing.
dtpheif 9 months ago
@dtpheif Not everyone as a people would accept anything, being informed or not, not everyone is willing to accept. That's why I think they should have waited longer to vote for legalization. If you water down a mountain it time it turns to rubble.
808Hea 9 months ago
@808Hea did you get my last comment im not sure?
dtpheif 9 months ago
@dtpheif Sir may i say that you have an open mind. well respected.
808Hea 9 months ago
@808Hea i apreciate that, and i must say you also seem like an informed person who truely wishes for the best interests of the world, and im always happy when i can have an informed discussion with someone rather than an idiotic one, so after the conversation preciding ours it was good to have this one.
dtpheif 9 months ago
@dtpheif Another thing that I was raised by is to have a overwhelming voice. When people challenge someone with political power they either get immediately shunned and kicked to the bottom of the conversation or overwhelmed by the voice and tenacity of the other speaker. thus not getting the information into the common public. A lot of people that are against marijuana don't know a thing about it and wont try to look up information because they believe what they been told by someone they trust.
808Hea 9 months ago
@808Hea the thing about information goes both ways though, there are pro marijuana myths just as there are anti marijuana myths. and what i say about the right time to take action, is the same as yours. but it just takes someone who wishes to succeed, and dares to fail greatily, that is needed to lead. anyone can be that leader, even you.
dtpheif 9 months ago
@dtpheif Exactly!! I would give my life for someone who would help the human race surpass its capability. But nowadays its hard to find someone of such standards. Marijuana is not the only thing I wish for. Self sustainability is also what the world needs to work on. But I don't see much being done "more effort". Iv seen people who succeed. But only in great warriors and actors... they have perseverance and focus. I want that bread into the populace. "there's a technique for everything"
808Hea 9 months ago

Even Cali. was afraid of the negative events it could bring.
But seriously why have it legalized? Just so you won't do long time for messing yourself up? Why would you all want tax on it?
You all are just followers of some loser

@Rubenmon1 Are you fucking kidding me? Look around a little bit, do a little research, and you will found out why it needs to be legalised. I honestly don't know of any good reason to keep it illegal.....Followers of some loser? Who am i following lol? I don't know wtf you're on about......
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx Why don't you take your own advice for once. Look around, the world you're living in is only a fantasy. I already gave you reasons, you however failed too, what can't think of any? Course there isn't any, if there is it's for greed. Yup, 'cause you see that it's all 'popular', you're afraid if you don't go with the trend these days, you're gonna be left out. Why don't you get high on life and screw the plant. it gives artificial happiness which will never last unless you smoke it.
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 "The world you're living in is only a fantasy" This shows you know nothing about the effects of marijuana, Im guessing you have never tried it before? And you are assuming im a pot head. I smoke on an average of once a month with some friends, i don't think that makes me a stoner. Most marijuana users (including myself) don't use marijuana to escape reality, there is an appropriate time and place to get high. Some of my friends smoke, some don't, it has nothing to do with "trends".
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 You did not give me any reasons. I could sit here all day writing valid reasons for why it should be legal. Legal for "greed"? Do i even need to respond to such stupidity? Greed is the reason marijuana is illegal, you need to learn some history. You need to let go of the biased mainstream media, they are spoonfeeding you with propaganda, do your own research and come to your own conclusion.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx People like me don't need the fckin media, you know why? Cause I see all those all around me who get hooked on weed waste their lives. But see that's the thing about people like me, I stick to what I believe in. Want reasons then, alright one would be for some one to triumph in there dreams than to run to weed for some fake happiness. Maybe what i say may sound lame, but that's because you betrayed all that believed in for what? Why don't you give me your reasons then.
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 People who use weed don't get "hooked" (marijuana is not physically addictive). They are not drug addicts desperately trying to get their fix. You need to stop stereotyping marijuana users as "stoners". Yes, there is a very small minority who smoke weed all day and prioritise it over everything else, but MOST people who use weed use it responsibly and in moderation. That pretty much makes your next point invalid. But to add to that, 12 US presidents smoked pot, including Obama....
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 (continued) Other famous people who smoke weed: Michael Phelps, Richard Branson, Rick Steves, Aaron Sorkin, Michael Bloomberg, Ted Turner, Montel Williams, Stephen King, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Dude i could name you hundreds of successful people who smoke weed. Im sure they all acheived their dreams. My point is, if someone fucks up their life its not the weed's fault, its THEIR fault.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 More reasons to legalise?
-Police resources are being wasted

@MrXx0xx0xx Dude do you think we care about those fckin rates? We know it hasn't killed any one naturally like a drag. Why can't you hemph smokers stick to your shit of 'defending weed' and quit using other drugs just to hide the bad things weed does. When mexico legalize weed for a certain amount you can carry, every thing got worse, and you say legalizing it will make it better here where it's more 'indemand' and stop the 'phony war on drugs'?Open your eyes your eating the shit potheads feed you
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 Everything got worse when mexico legalised? Don't know where you heard that from. But you realise that mexico has become the corrupt shithole it is now because of the drug cartels right? 28,000 people have been killed in Mexico since 2006 because of those drug cartels. And statistics show that legalising marijuana would not cause a significant increase in use, in many places where it has been legalised drug use has actualy decreased.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx actually if you researched,it's not always the drug cartels. No freakin drug dealers kill in day light as well in public. And from a mexican show I saw that kept track of murders, the people killed in 2010 were at least at 13,000. And in 2010 their gov. raise the legal amount a person you can carry. I doubt weed will be used less if legalized. Cause for one you all act like if it is candy. If candy was illegal and then legalize I doubt people would stop eating it less.
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 Drug cartels might not do the killing but they certainly cause the killing. Linking the deaths in 2010 to 'people being able to legally carry more weed' is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. Stats show that marijuana use will stay the same or in some cases decline. In all places where marijuana is legal the usage rates are the lowest. You select only 1 or 2 of the reasons i posted earlier and ignore the rest, which shows how brainwashed and ignorant you anti-weed nazi's are.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx I live practically on the boarder,I know gangsters and killers not related to the cartels are the ones doing it,the cartels are an excuse. No,really thing about, really.Like I said, weed has become some thing like candy. If it were legalized,I know people would be going daily to the store to get more and more.People who fight to keep it illegal aren't thinking about themselves,we're trying to make sure the future is real than a cloud of that weed smoke. It's time really mature up.
Rubenmon1 1 year ago

Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 There is a huge difference between swear words over the internet and violence/aggression. Your ignorance amazes me. I will become a no life? Dude, i smoke about 1 or 2 joints PER MONTH and it does not in any way effect my motivation or what i want to do in life. Its amazing how quick you judge cannabis users. If you want a real career you are going to have to really open up your mind because from what im reading you are extremely narrow minded.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx You keep on muttering the same thing over and over.No seeing that you didn't swear before and now started too shows you know you're losing control of this debate and have no real reasons, only poor excuses.Watch this,it'll show you we aren't so ignorant as you think youtube.com/watch?v=sb8Xcoxqx-E&feature=related WE are the one's that did the research.People like you only abuse it for your evil persuation to others who are having it hard, but have a chance for a life.

@Rubenmon1 Have you even watched the video we have been leaving comments on?
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 Poor excuses? You gotta be kidding me....do i have to list you all the reasons again? And no i do not abuse cannabis, how many times have i said that i smoke 1 or 2 joints a month? You are either extremely stupid or just trying to deny you lost the debate. You obviously don't do a good job of reading my comments, as i said some of my friends smoke, some don't and the ones who don't are not pressured to do so.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx Really, you're the kind that just wants the last word on things like this don't you? You're relly stubborn you know that?Always picking the wrong side.but it's alright, one day not long from now, you're going to regret what you have started all for the sake of some losers who don't really care about you.Yes I have,it's pretty much stupid, you all think this is a joke?Unlike you losers,we take this serious especially since it does ruin people's lifes. You copy and paste the link after www
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 Well there you go again with all the same bs.....your comment pretty much proves everything i said in my previous comment......
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 What ruins people's lives is this country's retarded drug laws. Marijuana on its own has never ruined anyone's life. It's just not that addictive.
yerk3 11 months ago
@Rubenmon1 Swearing doesn't mean shit about whether someone's lost the debate or not. You're confusing style with substance. Sometimes, you read something so idiotic that replying in friendly, G-rated language just doesn't feel adequate.
yerk3 11 months ago
@Rubenmon1 Once again you are still ignoring most of the reasons for why it should be legal. The only thing you moan about is how weed affects the individual, when that is almost COMPLETELY IRELEVANT to why it should be legal. You're avoiding the topic we are debating, which pretty much shows you don't want to change your views, because you can't be wrong, right? I was once on your side, legalising another drug looks like a stupid idea, but do the research and you will fell like you have woken up.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx That's you too, maybe your not describing me,you're describing yourself, always muttering the same thing over and over.Wells see that's your side, not mine.I stick to my side til I run out of reasns why to keep it illegal, which there are many which you will never accept cause of your stupidity and ingorance of true important things in life.Your obviously gonna stick with yours just cause your so called friends accept you through it.Acceptance is better when nothing is need of/from you
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 With your logic and mindset, we should make ALL drugs illegal, even caffine. We should also make cheeseburgers and any kind of junkfood in the world illegal, cause look at how many obese people there are.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx Ok another thing is why do you keep bring me up?You're not going to change your views either,I changed mine over time,so don't be quick to judge. You don't read my comments either,so quit saying don't read yours cause it's obvious on the previous comments I do.Oh yeah lets start illegalzing every fatty foods, see you're always hiding weed behnd other things out of this debate.
Rubenmon1 1 year ago

And yet, marijuana, gay marriage and euthanasia are still illegal :(

dtpheif 9 months ago
@Rubenmon1 "People will not function as they should while on it". Holy shit mate, you have a LOT of learning to do. While some aspects of that statement is true, that is why it is treated as a DRUG, there is an appropriate time and place to get high. Look at all the people who drink alcohol, and you question why i smoke a joint once or twice a month? Don't judge before you try, marijuana can't be used as an escape from real life.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx obviously you've shown agression therefore in some sense you are bound to do just about any thing violent to get weed. You didn't even answer the previous questions, supporting my agruement it will never get you to be some one, just a loser.Hell even cali. wasn't that stupid to legal it cause it sees the low rates of graduates in high schools, even they aren't that thick and blind.I never said "weed kill by cancer"or the lame myths people back then said now did i?

@Rubenmon1 maybe hes getting agressive because your extremly thick headed?

@Rubenmon1 in england where there are strict drug laws. use of hard drugs has gone up 3000%, in holland where light drugs are decriminialized. its gone up 0%, in the philipines where ALL drugs were legalized. it has gone DOWN 1%. and yes i get my sources from the knowlege at my disposal. i also can back up all of my information. i dont just pull it out my ass.
dtpheif 9 months ago
@Rubenmon1 Im pretty sure a lot of people care about those rates and i was comparing weed to legal drugs. What about the wife and kids that get the shit beat out of them when the drunk husband comes home? What if he was high? The worst he would do is raid the pantry. Weed doesn't do "bad" things you brainwashed tool you sound like you are still caught up in the reefer madness era.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx My question to you then is, why do you smoke it? What's so important that you have to legalize it just you won't get the hard time. Why do you all want it even taxed? As long as you do it out of sight and away from the public. Why fight for some thing you already can get? What do you plan to do in life?'Cause no one will hire some one who does drugs, they wouldn't want to throw every thing on the line for some one who can't get it straight.
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 Why do i smoke it? ill be completely honest with you. Because its on of the safest drugs to use, if it was a hard drug i would not be using it. I smoke it on average once or twice a month with friends because its a great experience, its just really fun and you become very creative, and i feel completely normal in the morning (unlike feeling hungover from alcohol). Some people go to a pub and get wasted, we choose the safer alternative and peacefully chill at home.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx How do you know if you wouldn't be using it if it was a hard drug?Dude,i'm sure if you were to be sober, you can come up with more creative thing. You doubt what I just typed cause you been on that thing while doing some thing creative(which idk what it is).Dude it's better to get high on life than on a freakin plant, cause your seeing the good part of the real world, even as dark as it had become, than to be on that stuff living in a fantasy.
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 "How do you know if you wouldn't be using it if it was a hard drug?" Because im concerned about my health and well-being thats why. Thats also the reason why i stay away from the hard drugs like coke, meth, heroin, tobacco etc. You are STILL ignoring the fact that its not an issue whether weed can be bad for you or not, read over my other comments and the reasons i gave you. Because you are ignoring most of them, which basicaly shows you are lost.
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx You say I haven't been reading your comments? You say I said that I'm saying weed is bad for you? When did I say that?I've given examples and reasons of how it's better and why you just shouldn't do it, and you say I don't know what I'm talking about? Not to mention you've lost control of this discussion mainly cause you're already "f'in this, f'in that".Wow you obviously shown how desperate you are to get it legal so you can screw yourself and those who want you to succeed. It's sad
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 weed wakes you up! before i used to be just like you weed is bad it will destroy your life!, then i tried it. i was LIED TO! it felt great, i was totally in control of what i was doing. i didn't want to do anything crazy or violent. i wanted some food and to talk. everyone was very nice around me, even the ones i knew from violent backgrounds and i have been smoking pot for a year. i am not in anyway dumber, or sick. rather, i like to find out pot info when im high, and good at it.
dtpheif 9 months ago
@Rubenmon1 So does that make us criminals? Do we deserve to be convicted or go to jail? You realise that every 30 seconds an american is arrested for cannabis right? Lawers, politicians, buisness owners, employees of all sorts, the top apademic, the school drop out, you name it.......
MrXx0xx0xx 1 year ago
@MrXx0xx0xx let me tell you some thing weed, coke, meth, ect.are called drugs, not because they kill,it's because people will not function as they should while on it.How do you expect to become some one if you're wasting your time on this stuff? What will you do once your parents are gone for good?Go with your friends and chill with them? It's better to straighten your life now.Of course, cause it's like they're killing the american dream. As lame as it sounds, come on you dreamed of becoming some one.
Rubenmon1 1 year ago
@Rubenmon1 why do you simply assume all pot users are wasting there lives. many START in college, and finsih college. many of them have 3.5 gpa's, and come from good families. or even if they dont, a lot of latchkey kids end up using pot at home. and those kids dont have a parent to take care of them, they have to take care of themselves. i know a few. also learn the diference between hemp and pot
dtpheif 9 months ago
@dtpheif give me the name of this "source".Right things are easily said than done.Seeing that you put more than one comment shows you're desperate for this stuff, but why?If anti-drug people can't change your minds what makes you think we'll change ours?We know the truths cause WE are the ones that did the research cause you all were off getting stoned. And you all abuse of the research made.Obviously you're puppets of the drug dealers and you're out to do their dirty work.

Schragmeister 1 year ago
All you douche bags should stop trying to make your arguments about how good weed is and stop trying to legalize it. What do you think is gonna happen you'll be able to grow it wild in your back yard and sell it to everyone. Not without giving the government 60%, oh yeah and the other 40% is just gonna go to the cost of growing and paying for your bills which also goes to the government. It's better off illegal you idiots. What we need to do is legalize heroin cocaine and all that shit.
parsleysprigs 1 year ago
@parsleysprigs I agree with that last line, everything should be legal, though it should probably be controlled similar to alcohol. But it's not better off illegal because you can lose you job and property over it. I'd rather pay a bit more than go to prison, lose my license, house, ect...
compwiz00 1 year ago
@compwiz00 In colorado if you have a license you'll get in as much trouble in public if you had a license than if you didn't, the license only permits private use in your home. And my friend has a license and a employer didn't hire him because he smoked. They have the right not to hire you even if you have a license. Why because it's for medical use and if your chronically ill they have the excuse of not wanting to hire someone who is incapable of doing the work safely.
parsleysprigs 1 year ago
@parsleysprigs I should have specified, I was referring to a driver's license. I shouldn't leave comments right after I wake up. I've read about the issues with employment and medical marijuana before, most annoying.

marijuana is a dangerous drug and should be illegal and people that use it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
dntreply2me 1 year ago
@dntreply2me Have you ever taken a look at the evidence for things like LD50 and long term side effects for cannabis? Have you ever compared them to other drugs like alcohol? Cannabis is relatively safe. Though kids should not do it, because their brains are still developing, and I personally do not advocate cannabis use. But that's beside the point.
Cannabis is much safer than some other things that are legal. Your argument is so flimsy that if it was a table you couldn't put a vase on it.

MiZzTwItChYwIcKeD 1 year ago
@MiZzTwItChYwIcKeD Tobaco is just a plant too and it causes Cancer. Plants can make heroine and certain very deadly poisons. Its boils down to chemistry and trying to alter the mind so you can escape from reality. It is not good for a society and 95% of AMerican don't do illegal drugs. So you are the freak retard here.
Armornone 1 year ago
@Armornone ...95% don't do illegal drugs? Almost 40% of adults admit to using cannabis in the USA at least once in their lives, 20% at least once in the last year. These stats are only for cannabis, and do not include other drugs. Do a bit of research before you make a claim like that. I would post links here, but youtube doesn't allow it.
And yes, natural doesn't equal safe. If escaping from reality is bad enough to ban things, we'd better ban books, movies, TVs, theaters, dreaming...ect.
compwiz00 1 year ago
@compwiz00 You are wrong. Where do you get your numbers from? The High Times or some hippie marijuana propaganda? I got my numbers from the justice department not drugged out criminal communist hippies. By the way, your little drug fest lost even in the Liberal California! So you can suck on that Bitch.
Armornone 1 year ago
@Armornone I just looked around for better sources and found this:
whitehousedrugpolicy[dot]gov
I certainly wouldn't call that a hippy site.
Looking around more, the CDC says that only 5% have used marijuana in the past MONTH. Which makes a lot of sense to me, most people I know save it for special occasions. There are about three hundred million people in the USA. Five percent of that is still fifteen million people.
compwiz00 1 year ago
@compwiz00 5% is not 40%. I told you that 95% of America did not do drugs. So basically you are saying that I was right and you were wrong? I got my info from the justice department. Funny, 15 million people is about the number of illegal aliens in the US. Hmmmm, I wonder if most of the drug users are illegal aliens and hippies?
Armornone 1 year ago

It should be 100% one day
Armornone 1 year ago
@Armornone I don't think alcohol will be banned again anytime soon, and banning it didn't make anyone stop drinking last time, so I don't think we'll ever have 'no drugs.' I could get high from the morning glories in my mom's garden. The seeds are full of LSA. (like LSD) I don't like Obama either, but you'll note that most of the number on that page are from before he was elected. You numbers are right only referring to use in the last month, as most people who use weed don't use it every month.
compwiz00 1 year ago
@compwiz00 I never meet a hippie who did not like Obama. You must be smarter than your peers. Are these morning glories legal or illegal? If they are not illegal, why don't you just have fun with that so you won't risk going to jail?
So you think that all of a sudden, all the marijuana smokers stopped for the month of October ? I think that the users would average out. Alcohol is not considered a schedule 1,2 or 3 drug. Its not illegal. Prohibition was done by liberals actually not conservative
Armornone 1 year ago
@Armornone Alcohol is proven more dangerous than weed in almost ever way though, and I have some personal grudges against it. I don't care who the prohibition is done by, it never works. Not for alcohol, and not for marijuana.
I don't think they all stopped for THIS month, but the survey your numbers are from was 'have you smoked in the last month?'. Most people who use weed don't smoke it every month, thus most of them answered 'no'. We should talk via PM, not enough room here.
compwiz00 1 year ago
@compwiz00 So since you think prohibition does not work, should Heroine, cocaine and meth also be legalized? Prohibition did not work from alcohol because American has had a long tradition of using it forever. Alcohol also has real uses such as fuel, and cleaning, sterilizing equipment,etc.. So if this morning glories are legal, then why not use the chemical to make your own drug and be immune from the law if you sell it since its not illegal? There must be some drawback to it.
Armornone 1 year ago
@Armornone Yeah, it's comparable to LSD. That's not something you can just do for fun like weed. There are lots of things that are legal and more dangerous than weed, which is why I don't understand why it's not legal.
I do think heroine should be legal, though not freely to everyone. I'm not sure exactly how one would arrange it though. Currently, addicts are scared to get help, because they don't want to get into legal trouble, or their friends. There must be a better way.
compwiz00 1 year ago
@Armornone Yes, morning glories are legal, though the chemical in from is sceduled but are much much more intense than weed, and thus not something that I'd do often.
compwiz00 1 year ago
@Armornone "Hippies" Seriously? Are you actually a time traveler from 1966? Have you spent the last 40 years in a coma? Were you cryogenically frozen in a time capsule? There haven't been any "hippies" for decades. They all grew up and finished college and became doctors and lawyers, and are now mostly retirement age. A lot of people liked Obama during the last election, mainly because he wasn't batshit insane like his opponents.
yerk3 1 year ago
@Armornone It doesn't matter what alcoholis "considered," or what classification it gets in the corrupt and flawed "scheduling" system, the law doesn't determine how dangerous it is, especially when the law is unjust. Marijuana is many times safer than alcohol. Alcohol is extremely addictive, it is a neuro-toxin, it causes damage to the brain, nervous system and liver, and has destroyed countless lives. Marijuana causes none of these symptoms.
yerk3 1 year ago
@Armornone Prohibition is and has always been a conservative policy. It has been the bread and butter of every far-right conservative administration. It has been such a successful conservative talking point that not even most liberals with much at stake have traditionally had the balls to tackle it, for fear of being smeared as "soft on crime," or "soft on drugs." That is beginning to change now.
yerk3 1 year ago
@Armornone Actually, the Fort Hood shooting was an example of a deranged man taking part in deranged violence. The only tie connecting it to Islamic terrorist organizations was the fact that Nadel Hassan was Muslim, which is a complete coincidence. It's like examining the ethnicity and religion of the next serial killer or workplace shooter and trying to tie the two together. Charles Manson was of Scottish ancestry, does that mean his murders had something to do with Scots separatist groups?
yerk3 1 year ago
@Armornone You are pulling your statistics out of your ass. Almost half of adult Americans have smoked weed at some point in their lives.
yerk3 1 year ago
@yerk3 Wow, U R serious? 1.Fort hood shooting was a terrorist attach. He said infidels should be beheaded and oil poured down their neck. During the shooting, he was praising Allah. Jackass! 2. Prohibition of alcohol was done by liberals but conservatives. Who prohibits fatty foods, sugar at public schools, chocolate milk, has anti-mcdonals commercials. Yep, Liberals1! I see a lot of homeless hippies so your statement is full bullshit. You lost, I won. so suck it ass clown. No drugs for you!!!
Armornone 1 year ago
@Armornone If the Fort Hood shooting was a "terrorist attack" which terrorist organization ordered it? All your quote shows is that he was insane. Insane people sometimes do insane things, then attribute it to religion. I remember hearing a news story about a woman who shot her own son in the head because she wanted to "sent him to Heaven," to protect him from this sinful world. Is her church culpable for this religiously inspired killing? Prohibition wasn't done by "liberals," jackass.
yerk3 1 year ago
@Armornone It is insane to try and compare efforts to make sure school lunches are healthy and Prohibition in the 20s. These are two entirely different things. For one thing, school lunches are something that students have little choice over, they're a captive audience, so the healthy option should be the default. If they want to bring their own fattening or sugary snacks, that's their business. Where is chocolate milk being banned?
yerk3 1 year ago
@Armornone What do you mean by "anti-McDonalds commercials" As in commercials against McDonalds? Efforts to curb McDonalds commercials? Where? In schools? Nobody should be advertising in school anyway. Again: captive audience. And again, it is insane to compare any of these to Prohibition in the 20s. Where are the chocolate milk smuggling rings? Where are the bloody showdowns between the McNugget cartel and Diet Enforcement Agency S.W.A.T. teams?
yerk3 1 year ago
@Armornone "Homeless hippies?" What differentiates them as "homeless hippies," as opposed to ordinary homeless people? What makes them "hippies?"
yerk3 1 year ago
@yerk3 Google morgue mcdonald commercial. Google schools ban chocolate milk. We are not talking about a alternative, we are talking about a ban on a particular food( aka taking away a choice). there are cases of student being suspected for bringing in a particular food. Right captive audience subjected to food Nazis. In san Francisco the liberals are trying to ban the happy meal ! Yes, its you guys who are causing the problem of prohibition. Also, the fort hood shooter on a Jihad. Google it!
Armornone 1 year ago
