In the UK you have to be 21+ to buy alcohol from a supermarket, maybe that's what people mean by underage drinking? :/ you can order alcohol in a club/bar/pub from 18 upwards though.

ALSO me and my sister (who introduced this to me believe it or not) did Jager Bombs on a night out and we mixed the stuff together. I find you get a better buzz/taste if you down them quickly when mixed.
