  • It has to be said that one of Star Trek V's few redeeming features in the music!

  • hey Krazie is this from the OST or the complete score by la-la-land?

  • @FishfilmInc OST. The new release didn't come out until last year

  • @IliveinMA 2010.....not 2011.

  • I don't see what the problem was with this movie. it was my favorite one in the orginal series

  • Uploader, I very much agree with your insightful commentary on Goldsmith and this film! Its really too bad that they haven't put the ENTIRE soundtracks on albums.

  • The oboe bird call still makes me chuckle a bit, but I love it. Wouldn't have it any other way.

  • @tubamanRW NOT an oboe...cry ram horn..???? it is NOT an oboe...

  • "Prepare for Emergency Landing Plan B."

    "B, as in barricade!"

  • He can't be serious!@tfcdomprice

  • At 1:17 - A hint at the Star Trek: First Contact score he would later compose . . .

  • Good ear!

  • the song is "Without Help" from the album "The Best of Star Trek" it is on iTunes for download, so if you want it its there.

the film is top 2 of all the star treks

  • Personally I like STV. Sure, its the by comparsion worst movie of the franchise but it DOES have its moments - enough to make large parts of it enjoyable (I liked the Campfire-Scenes and the Scene where Sybok confronts the heroes with their pain in the forward observation room) - just my opinion.

  • Anyone know where I can find the full version of the "Klingon Theme" from this movie? I've been all over youtube and just can't find it. The one from TMP is good but I like the one from STV better.

  • I drool between 0:28 and 0:54, it's that awesome.

  • Yeppers !!!!

  • @GreekRoyalty Yeah, and from 3:06 aswell! You close your eyes and you can see that shuttle being targeted on the screen! :O)

  • Thank you for the post!! Gotta love the Klingon melody!!

  • is there anyone with the end credits of ST V ?

  • Who the Hell was Klaa? That was one huge m.f, though shatner and nimoy aren't exactly on the tall side of the line.

  • walkedeader - Captain Klaa was played by Todd Bryant who - funny enough - also appeared in Star Trek II as a midshipman standing next to Peter Preston (Scotty's nephew) in engineering.
