After the big guy came in I just let him finish off the enemies, then I just popped him with the Glaive and the handgun and kept running around, then when he fell the first time I just kept smacking him with the Glaive up close until he died.

Enfero? LOL. YEah, that is some sort of anti-biotic against the virus. Use it on the Zombies and the convulse after some time. The more you have as an upgrade on your weapon, the faster it acts.
