Here is another thing to be concerned about….

There are a few states that want to make it ILLEGAL to video and audio cops doing their job. That needs to be stopped. To stop that every one that use a video need to write and ask both state and fed to write law that will allow the recording of cops. Next every time you see one of these so called people representatives ask then in front of a crowd why there is not a law that allows people to video them.

@samadamspatriot - I cant help but wonder if he was resisting false arrest. The first officer could have just backed up and talked to the guy, but instead has to act like he is above the rights of the people. The guy getting out of the car was not doing it in a threatening manner, and therefore was not breaking any law. The officer may have had a legitimate right to put his hand on his weapon, but striking and then attempting to body slam the guy may have been going too far.

Look at how these pigs run- they can't fucking wait to kick a helpless defenseless man while his face is held in the snow. Yes this man resisted. Yes the initial officer was appropriate in all actions. But the subsequent beating is CRIMINAL ATTEMPTED MURDER and these officers should all be jailed.

I think we should quadruple criminal sentences for uniformed officers. If an officer is caught on video committing aggravated battery he should sit in jail for at least 20 years.
