I find it hilarious that noone who thinks any of this is fake is an astrophysicist.... Funny that all the EXPERTS in the field think it is real, and that only a tiny fraction of the rest think it is fake.

Even the astronaut didn't see stars. Faint light is only visible in complete darkness. The faint star light is blocked out by the light of the Sun the same way on Earth by light pollution from cities. Because of this problem Apollo 16 brought a special UV camera and snapped 178 pictures of the stars.
