There's no proof that UCSC students were responsible for the vandalism. The identity of the organizers is still being investigated. Many of us are distraught, looking for answers, retribution. Retribution from events in the last couple of weeks, retribution for this, or retribution even being this. But pointing fingers haphazardly at random groups, especially amidst a haze of anger, is a step backward for all sides.

@simplysamsam19 You need to understand the psychopathic philosophy that these "anarchists" have. They believe that the whole concept of property is wrong and they want to eliminate it. They believe that theft is perfectly OK and in fact more honorable than earning. They believe that destroying other people's stuff (not that they believe in the concept of people owning stuff) is a valid form of protest.
