POINT BLANK DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PHONE. The look of this phone is what gets you but this is the worst phone I have had...The camera is in a rediculous spot and very difficult to use because of the postioning. It also takes horibble photos and does not have true light reflection capabilty which makes just about every photo come out very dark no matter how much lighting is present. It does freeze way too much and can does not find and keep a signal very well. The SD card is good. YUCK

Sprint needs to come out with more messaging phones. Seriously. The only thing theyre keeping up with is the Evo line up, random android phones, rarely blackberries, and CRAPPY ass tween phones. They need to do more things like the exclaim where it was COOL and had features that a smartphone wouldnt have cuz it wouldnt be solid enough to be a smartphone. you forgot to mention the way the phone freezes if you're trying to use one of the phones features while receiving a text message, if you type a message while receiving a message and it freezes before you type anything, you have to take the battery out and reboot it, the buttons on the touch screen constantly freeze and they're too close together... i don't think i need to go on. i've had this phone for almost 2 years and can't wait to get a new one.

hell, if u try to go fast with this it freezes and you have to restart it. sometimes multiple times.

the vibrate is wayyyyyy too loud might as well have it on volume 6..and the click when you open and close it is the most annoying thing ever.
