Star Wars is definitely not Japanese (neither is God of War) and if something like this were to happen, they should in fact be featured in other anime game titles as well

Either him or the Prince from Prince of Persia, or Altair/Ezio from Assassin's Creed cuz they're from Ubisoft and they helped a bit in making this game

Even if you don't like the Star Wars characters you have to admit that both this trailer and the 1st one are 2 of the greatest Video Game trailers in the history of video games and they manage to add interest in the game.

I would like Dante in ps3 and Nero in Xbox cause Nero could use the devil bringer as close combat and the Red Queen as primary weapon.

The Apprentice inclusion is awesome I think he has the potential to be a Video Game Icon and can make the impact Altair did in Assasins

I don't see how these characters are useless. You might not like them, but they were put in there for star wars fans. Dante, Virgil, Cloud, and Sephiroth would be just as useless if you're going by that logic. If you don't like them, then you're just not a star wars fan. Maybe the characters you mentioned will be added in the next game. Whoever said that no body will use them is crazy. I'm going to play with those characters the most.

This game looks amazing. I can handle the futuristic stuff. Try not to think about the story too much and just play. The hidden apprentice is a surpise. One would think that Obi Wan or Luke would've been a pick before that guy (even Darth Maul or Dooku for that matter.

Yeah. Cloud and Sephiroth would be the best additions. Other notables would certainly be Dante, Nariko from Heavenly Sword and the Prince from the PoP games. Her acrobatics and his time-welding powers would be pretty sweet.
