  • The fuel prices are paid by those who can afford it ... not those who need it.

  • Awesome!

  • Baaa ha ha ha. The Randroids made a political party........... Bahahahahaha.

    Good luck with that....

  • Good look with not voting for it, moral-relasolatist-whatever.

  • Demand increases -> Supply decreases -> Price increases. After that, shop around and stop complaining. Good video, Mr. McKeever. Let the markets reign, not the government.

  • U.S. Senate introduced Senate Bill S. 3268

A bill to tighten oversight of oil speculators.

If your American, call your Senator and tell them to vote Yes!!!!!

Canadians, better start putting your beach front condos up for sale before the Oil rigs start going up!!!!!

  • So!,..according to this fool, the French Revolution was not just?

Those people that couldn't get food, really should have "eaten cake",..or starve

just wait till there are general food riots here! We need to rent "Madame Gillotine" from France

  • A Canadian that is smarter then most Americans on capitalism. The smartest thing I have heard yet about this issue. Remember fuel is NOT a right!!!! And this gentleman obviously knows that and is willing to pay the price to drive and not complain that he cannot do what he wants to do. Remember the common good!!

  • It seems like he is completely ignorant of how the economy works.

  • Are you not?

  • This guy reminds me of homeless people talking to themselves in the streets.

  • So you do for me.

  • because of the highway department of the goverment, the same goes for airlines and other goverment subsidized companies. So bring back alternative ways of transportation of goods via rail, therefore keeping our roads safer and in better condition. Stop being so lazy minded when it comes to problems and think of ways to make it better...

  • and to respond to firebat's claim, your %100 right.. although let's think of the alternatives here. There are other ways of transporting goods other than fuel vehicles, such as rail. At one time rail was more abundant and trucks were only used for short routes. Trains operate either on none, or a very small fraction of what trucks operate on. However (in the states) roads were built by the goverment in the 1950's, while railroads were being unfairly taxed, the surplus screwed railraods, why?

  • haha it's funny how you guys are like"stop driving".. even when he is the one not complaining about the cost. Would you like the goverment to regulate all business maybe? Quite honestly your forgetting the goverment could then also increase the gasoline prices at will. The person with the most reasonable price, for the most reasonable fuel wins. Supply and Demand. Sometimes it's hard to bite the bullet but remember 50 years ago the price was cheaper and there were less regulations.

  • wtf?

    are you serious?

its ok for fuel companies to charge whatever they want?

no wonder your party is in the basement and always will be

  • You're not considering the effect of high fuel costs. Trucks bring supplies to the stores. That transportation costs more, making all other goods cost more. I think this goes back to your counterfeiting video you made earlier.. As the economy grows, more money goes into circulation so that the people don't realize what is being taken from them. These 2 entities are the same in that they both seek to find the maximum profit margins at the consumers expense. Right?

  • Don't drive? are you a fucking moron. I'd like to see you try your own advice. Idiot.

  • hey didn't the oil companies make record profits again this year? oh wait they did last year too.. no gouging at all..oh and mister speaker uhm for us who were brought up in a gas guzzling world did we ask for it... ps i would bet you have some stock in the alberta oils sands don't ya..

  • notloz2 is a commie lovin jihadi apologist.hes a douche.watch me sing him to sleep and other videos on my youtube account.this THING claims to be rational but yet demands that you concede defeat before he continues talking to you.fuck this fascist clown.why dont any of you're videos have you're face or voice on em you douche....die! i despise notloz2.

  • Stop watching Television commercials and think that materialism brings you happiness. "Chemical" satisfaction is not true happiness. If you think that you're smart guy then you're wrong you think inside a box.

  • LoL "The point of a business is to make profit"

And to at least compete with Walmart you have to sink to the lowest common denominator. Send you're work force across sea's to where there are no constitutions or human rights to get in the way! Abuse individuals the enviroment for it is competitive to do so! Yes I see so clearly now! We have to progress a systemization of our labor forces that only recognized one mans greed over the longevity of the species as whole!

  • Need is not morally justifiable but greed is?

Good day to you gold plated douche bag! Evolve!

  • Here's the real deal about the "Freedom party" I talked to the leader of the Manitoba wing and got some key information. First of all the Freedom party is going to run member in area's like Northern Ontario where most of the seats are close to changing from liberal to NDP!

Just A B.S party set up to marginalize voters.

Just search up the freedom party of Manitoba or watch this guys video's and have a good laugh!

  • The Freedom Party of Manitoba is in no way affiliated with Freedom Party of Ontario.

  • You never talked to the leader of the Manitoba Freedom party, because I know him. Don't lie.

  • You're arguments are most liner. First of all the cities were designed for the Highwaymen, and not for the people that live in the city! No one will buy fuel if the price goes up to high? What you smoking people can't get a paycheck if they can't get to work. Thats the stupidest argument Iv heard.

  • The gas companies are supposed to compete for market share by lowering their prices to appeal to the consumer. They do not "compete" they set prices as a single entity. Private companies are collaborating to screw the average consumer. How can we prove this to be true? Hmmm record profit margins for those companies, when there supposed to be competing.

  • A bill like this will only increase the price of gas. Do you like paying rush hour prices all day? Don't like getting evening discounts? Why anyone would want to pass this bill is beyond comprehension. It doesn't address gas prices at all, it addresses nothing. Cut gas taxes and get rid of restricitons on the oil & gas industry. Then we'll have cheaper gas. Who cares if the price fluctuates. This bill does nothing for me.

  • you have a point.

  • this has to be the worst piece of drivel I have seen in a long time

Keep it up the more you talk this nonsense the less votes you will ever hope to get. Your party is going nowheres...thank god,,,,,one good supply of gaz is from your hot air.

  • Hmmm. I suppose I should brace myself, then, for the inevitable call to nationalize my hot air.

  • You seemed to be having a good time with this one, Paul.

Over here, the politicians are all crying that the fuel prices are too low! They want people to buy less for the sake of the environment.

Furthermore, as so much of the price in fuel is taxation, any market forces causing a fluxuation in prices are rather inocuous and small in comparison.

  • As for having a good time: it was late Friday afternoon before the long weekend, so perhaps I was a bit more cheery than usual. But these reactions to price are inherently funny (to anyone with a moderate amount of economic knowledge).

Interesting comment re: the environment. Canada's #1 gasoline collusion conspiracy theorist - Dan McTeague - says he wants more "players" but no extra production of fuel (again, citing environmental reasons).
