@SuUuPeRextraViDeOoO you have to beat every single level as mario AND luigi, while getting to the top of the flagpole at the end of all the levels, then it'll appear.

nice, didnt think tanooki suit can make things so much faster. I'm still quite happy with my 225 powerupless time :p By the way, I believe you can jump right over the mini whomp things at the end, might save a second or so.

Simple (I say this loosely).

Get all star coins.

Get all gold flags.

Beat every level with Mario and Luigi both.

Beat Bowser twice.

You only need to get the gold flags once. The character doesn't matter. Also, I think I should clarify the Bowser thing. Once you get all of the star coins, you'll be brought back to fight Bowser again. I didn't mean simply beat the final level twice in a row.

Wow...and I thought my time was pretty good. I think a few more long jumps in certain areas, manipulation of boom boom's movements (so that you can bounce off boom boom and spin attack pom pom at the same time) and earlier exits on the arrow platform would definitely shave some seconds off.
