@debtruth1 I thought it refers to his mayorship as in open your wallets for higher taxes and being ticketed up to your eyeballs for anything possible the mayor can come up with! I also thought it was sexual and Bloomberg's private empire has to settle lawsuits with women so it is also in bad taste as well as a possible conflict of interest. The only good news is the gang including Steve Rattner, Christine Quinn, Mike Bloomberg YouTube stalker identity thief all think they are above the law
