I download every single attached document file that comes with your vids but for this series of tutorial i don't see any page that has left hand and right hand column. what document are you using?
When solving problems, recommend first setting up the problem's equation in terms of its variable names, say m, g, N, v, h, f & d. Then solve for the variable unknown. Finally, substitute in the known numerical values to calculate the unknown numerical value.
A problem's most important goal is to understand its underlying physics. When problem specific numerical values are substituted in early, they obscure that understanding.
