that track is actually trance too. the trance that you are probably used to is stuff more like "I remember" this is still trance though, See, this is up to you whether its TECHNO or not, cause some people (like me) think that electronic music has advanced to be still called techno. But if you want to still call it techno that is up to you, i just think electronica has advanced too much to still be under that genre, to me, its like calling "Rock", the same thing as "Jazz".
