How much time do you spend singing to her a day? My friend has an 8 month old quaker parrot that I've been diligently trying to teach to say "Help, help, they've turned me into a bird!" And just last week he started saying "Help! Help!" (which is awesome)

Parrots are so cool and yet so many of them are abused and neglected and sitting unloved and unwanted in rescues and sanctuaries, which get NO public funding like dogs and cats get. We need to start providing for these wonderful and beautiful creatures just like we do for dogs and cats.

wow your parrots are freakin sweet, wish i could work with birds well enough to get a parrot like lolita, but unfortionately im better with cats and dogs, and thats only training them right and wrong pretty much :-/

if you have any tips that could help me out would be greatly appreciated, i plan on buying another pet and i would like a bird but havent really had one in sinxce i was a kid 20 years ago.
