i noticed one thing regarding the calzone . she needs to add ricotta on the other side . and still make sure to coat the dough !

there are two tricks . you need to coat the dough in olive oil and you should use whole milk mozerella !

how long would those bake for and at what temperature?

Hi, bake the pizzas at 400 deg. for 10-15 minutes. The calzone bake at 350 deg. for 20-30 minutes.
