Iam not hiding my Name I dont care if they call me to the office tommorow,But is true that Minorities at the store level do not get recognize for their hard work. But you will see a white counterpart getting all supervisory and management positions. You go to them to ask a question and they treat You like You are a dumb stupid Hispanic asking for a question. Here on this store they sugar coat the racism. Yes Racism and you can see it everyday. behind close doors they will decide who gets what.
I know the intention of AAFES on providing a very diverse force is genuine, but at the store levels is unreal. where I work Minorities get treated like rags. we have a manager who likes to give dirty looks to the minorities . I think AAFES should retrain its managers on how to respect Individuals who want to make an honest living. happens a lot at our store but we get scared to bring it up so we dont lose our jobs.
