it's kind of like melodic death metal gone mainstream so it's almost like metalcore - except metalcore is for sissies, meh new in flames is too basic as far as the guitar and drums go, they used to make some really good shit when they we're fresh - the acoustic part is good in this song but all the heavy stuff isnt as heavy as it used to be and it takes too long to listen to....it's not entertaining enough. but thats ok becuase the shit they already wrote back in the day is epic as fuck.
