people talk about 3-4 teams not drafting Spikes because he is a MLB in a 4-3. My belief is that he would be better in a 3-4. His only downside is his speed and in a 3-4, he would be more productive because he doesnt have to go to sideline-to-sideline much.

actually the giants is a pretty good possibility....with the transition to 3-4 they will need that leader in the middle since Pierce isnt doing it.. and by they way does that mean that Umenyiora will leave cuz he will probably have no role on the team. Kiwanuka can play OLB and Umenyiora can too but i doubt it......maybe Umenyiora will get picked up by the Titans, cuz they need a solid DE
