you should do a whole House Start series- and sell the DVDs (accept to the one who gave you the idea LOL) You could show each stage of moving in to make things organized from the beginning step by step

That is awesome you will have a nice backyard-- kids gotta run around!!! I did the tote bag one year with pictures- I laminated the pictures in case the bag got in the rain!
