the acting in this was fabulous, particularly the love of my life, Ewan. he sings another time in this too. however it was a little hard to watch, especially some scenes...with some stuff...but hey, you get to see his cute butt, right? GOD, im creepy. but i love em.

yes, it is. It is part of a longer ballad, I think, at least I have read a very beautiful version of the whole story in Spanish called "Anabel y Don Grígore".
