Señor Zach, you forgot to mention that in the gay world, physical looks matter as much as religion, race, age and nationality. I hear your message clear but how far is the talk from the walk? I don't look or sound gay but the most prejudice I suffered in my life has been from gays and not from straights.
Wow, that was awesome, I just stumbled upon that and that was very nicely done.
really wonderful. thank you Marcel Salem NH. Married to a Man, weve been together 9 years. and been married comming on three (since it became legal here in NH )
Hey, Zach, clearly thoughtful and thought-provoking stuff - thanks.
Lots going on in your posts. Lots of moralising, too, though, to be honest.
Since I suffer from it too, I'm wondering whether the contemplation of beauty might not be a long term antidote to this tendency to exacerbated rhetorical (self) righteousness? Music, art, nature: Truth as something to be pondered over, rather than an argument to be won... Just my two bits...Mind how you go.
Brilliant. This was eloquent and can even apply to other aspects of intolerance in the world- not just homosexuality. You're right. When people say being gay is a choice, people should start responding with "It's not. But so what if it is? Why must you insist that it is the wrong one?"

I was beginning to think your partner was a lucky man...until you used the word "expect".
