This is the greatest single moment in Philadelphia sports in the last 30 years, (aside from Lidge's last pitch in '08). The last time I cheered that loud was when JJD scored the winning goal in game 6 of the '87 Stanley Cup finals. Rollins's hit was more dramatic than any walk-off homer because the suspense we all had watching Ruiz round the bases. Phils '10!

Yep. Broxton is a fucking beast. I didnt expect us to win this game at all. When this happen i told my self to never EVER give up on the phillies. It seems everytime I dout them they win. Maybe I need to dout them more often. But what a game, As a phillies fan how could as for anything more? This game had suspense, drama, great pitching, great crowd, and THE best hit EVER in phillies history (IMO).

But the 4th and 26 didn't WIN the game, we still needed to tie it, then kick a FG in OT (thanks Favre!)- Ruizs' 45 ft dribbler was GREAT, but the game was tied when that happened. When Chad Lewis caught the TD, we were already winning. The 44-6 game was fucking phenomanal, but last seasons failure kinda muted that memory for me. These are all great moments, but before Rollins hit that ball, we were 1 pitch away from LOSING that game.

@Borgata44 totally agree. i was there too, i never yelled so loud in my life. my girlfriend was so upset when the phils were down 4-3 going into the bottom of the 9th cause she said "i wanted to see the fireworks tonight". my heart sunk cause it was looking grim down by 1. then in the madness of the winning run scoring i forgot about the fireworks. suddenly the sky was filled with rockets red glare and my girlfriend pointed speechless at what she had came to see, my heart leapt

I was at this incredible game too! Section 136 row 5....what section was this in, we were either to the right of you or right in your general area!! And for the few people who commented this was fake...What are you nuts???? This was an edge of your seat game the whole time, and if you would have witnessed this in person, you'd appreciate how GENUINE this crowd was !! PHILS will be at the BIG SHOW AGAIN in 2010!!

I was there, section 108. Best, most exciting sports moment I have ever seen live. I have to find a way to get a copy of this game. I see there are no television broadcast clips of this moment. I'm guessing MLB or TBS would cry about it...jerks.

Anyway, I was with three other people, and we were in disbelief when people were leaving after the eight inning.
