  • You dont loose any more weight because you have now reached your correct weight!! If you try to loose to much now that you have reached 75lb less you may go the other way and become anorexic!!

    Take just juice 2 work or with a protein shake&bananas cause you may need both for energy...good luck

  • I lost weight (70lbs) with weightwatchers in 6 months. I now eat muesli or fruit instead of cake or pizza.

    I walk about 5 miles a day, I watch less TV, I spend less time on my videogames.

    The fact that I don't eat organic fruit won't really affect how long I live. There have been pesticides etc on our fruit for decades and decades, and middle aged-older people aren't showing any more signs of death than they used to.

  • Forget the twinkes, Ramen soups, cup cakes, soda, pizza, Mickey D's and all the other virus-enhanced-GMO foods I'm going ORGANIC!

  • you work 9-10 with no break? are you like the only waitress in a whole restaurant? theres always time to eat after the morning rush, afternoon rush, and dinner rush, even if you are working straight through. I too have worked at restaurants before.

  • i put a price on my health and its less than organic foods.

  • probably the remaining fat is healthy fat u do need a bit but it very well could b industry fat that will never break down or is 100 x harder to work off ! lot of freaky stuff going in body ! give it time girl

  • Sneak in the scraps left over by the customers. Half a chewed carrot here or a bit of munched on T-bone there should do the trick and u can keep working ur shift without having to stop.

  • In the USA workers get food breaks with food often provided (though counted as income). Regular meals of wholesome foods is recommended for good health.

    I would investigate if working 8 or 9 hours without food violates labor laws.

    Food binging is a bad idea - so don't binge bt eating potato chips and french fries. Eat am apple once in a while. Or maybe a pear, to avoid an eating binge with momentum toward fatness. Your body has a slow computer, so when earting, give it time.

  • Sounds to me like you are expiriencing what dieticians call the plateau effect. Change up your excercise routine. Never starve yourself for 9 hours. Thats just ludacris!

  • @psycodicangel4u I promise I'm not starving myself- it's called working long hours, and not being able to get my break :) But I agree with you- anyone who starves themselves is being very silly. I now take snacks into work with me and grab one to keep my energy up

    Actually there is a price. If you cannot pay rent/house and buy food, that is the limit. But I totally agree, health is the most important.

    I agree, thats why I get angry when people try and make fun of my (Canadian) healthcare system. I don't have to pay $1200 for an MRI, hundreds of thousands to have a complicated surgery to save my life, or worry, at the time of a critical accident about whether or not I should go to the ER or not cuz I can or can't afford it (and yep I pay more in taxes, but I don't pay HUGE sums of money that I may not have at the time all at one time).

    Just my $0.01 :)

    BTW, my sister switched to eating a large breakfast and lunch and almost no dinner.. she lost 15 pounds in 3 months and was really only 20 pounds or so overweight.. not really fat to begin with...

  • Kind of similar to the warrior/fast-5 diet: 5 hour eating window during the same period of time each day, and minimal eating for the remaining period - I followed a diet like this when I was 16/17 and felt amazing...back on it now, but have the eating window between 5:30 & 10:30, and WOW - at times it's like I've rewound 15 years :)

  • This is an interesting topic! I will get back to you on video or by message. I'll try to do video but I was a waitress during the only time in my life that I was able to lose weight!
