  • looks like george busssh

  • awesome

  • lol used to,,.. wrist must be bothersome

  • Beautiful form!

  • that shirt must have motivated him.

  • @06livefast - guess it's time for you to go douche then, woman .. LOL !

  • That is pretty heavy from my angle though. I am at 65lb and I find that reaaaaaaaaaaly heavy.

  • Are the legs neglected here or is it the camera angle that made you look like pencil legs.

  • what a beast!

  • yes - 100 on each side for 10-12 reps is pretty damn respectable .. this guy's no "spring chicken" - I'm doing 120's @ 58 yrs old for about 6 or 7 reps, and I can tell ya, it ain't no picnic, if you're not a big beefy behemoth like some of these " 'roid monsters" on here .. you keep on keepin' on, dude .. looks great !

  • @tsmith71553 lmao my douche alarm is ringing.

  • Impressive. I don't know why everyone requires everything to be world-record breaking before giving a little bit of credit. Good job.

  • Respect for that**

  • reliving the glory days :) very impressive

  • @cjace32 he's still in his glory days if he can do that:p what a monster:p

  • nice pace

  • When you can do that on incline then ill be impressed~!

  • @SolidBrew I dont think you realize how much weight that is

  • @1ChiBull1

Actually if you have being pushing fpr a while its not that hard..its just below my max on 5 to 7 reps and im not that big.. actually im out of shape at the moment.. so impressive but not that impresive

  • @Iamnr For the average person 110 lbs in each hand is ALOT of weight

  • @1ChiBull1 I used to do that with 100 lbs dumbelss on incline and I only weighed 145 lbs

  • @SolidBrew Video or gtfo ;)

  • this workout was so intense he transformed for a ordinary guy into a bodybuild after he was done

  • i cried a little watching this, but nice job. may i recommend a better song? John Pratt "Out"

  • thats dedication the guy look old and still lifting weights

  • savage!!!!

  • good form

  • you have something to tell your grandchildren.!

  • gramps got some power

  • he did that like it was nothing

  • but where's the wheels?

  • you can tell it is a full 110 and not fake as his last rep has one arm up and one failing which is common for the last rep when one fails.

these videos are filled with people using weights that are made of some type of metal alloy (Magnesium/aluminum) and bars that are made to bend and clank like the real thing. They often weight 50% or less of what they should. I know a friend who told me the sales of these “alloy” plates and dumbbells is doing very well as he deals in them

  • @Weh1921 the selling of "fake" weights in order to make youtube videos? sounds like bullshit

  • @Weh1921 hahaha who the fuck cares

  • beast

  • life time fit .... and the 110 are bent cuz people drop people drop them

  • good job dude i stopped at 90's when i hurt my shoulder took 3 months off now im back to 80s i need to get my arms and shoulder up so i dont hurt myself again

  • not bad for an old man lol

  • Nice, strong, controlled set.

  • That's Some Serious Strength right there well done.

  • very nice form and control with 110 pounds man!

  • good lift :)

  • Impressive.

  • that would be me in the background, the loser with the 20 pounders getting stock next to a dude with 110's

  • ooooo yeah you should tran your legs gramps, good lift overall thoug!!

  • @06livefast The title is called 110 b Dumbell Press. There was no need to show legs because the muscle groups that involve that press are chest, triceps, and shoulders.

  • @gh4pwner it is, but i figured since we all love fitness and achieving a healthy lifestyle, tat balance would come into play.. train your legs hitler.

  • @06livefast I will repeat myself, the point of this video is to show you that this man can dumbbell press 110 pounds. It is unnecessary to prove anything else but that. If he wanted to show legs, he would call his video "110 b Dumbbell Press & Leg posing"

  • @gh4pwner i understand, but isn't he point of working out to look good?? hha

  • @06livefast Well, to look good for who... others, or yourself? I only do it to look good for myself, personally. I don't give two shits if women approach me in bars or want to suck my dick. I like to look huge for MYSELF.

  • Nice man.

  • man i hope i'm still this fit when i'm 49! props bro!

  • good form!

  • NICE LIFT AND ALL BUT LETS SEE YOU DO IT WITHOUT THE INSPIRATIONAL SLOGAN ON THAT TANK TOP

  • holy shit 110x11 at 50 years old. great lift man

  • Im 18 and i can only do 30 kgs! i think that's around 60 pounds?

  • @BlackGypoMagic nore... like 80

  • @BlackGypoMagic

    30 kilos = 66 pounds.. not bad

  • hehe niice work sir! impressive

  • Who the hell dislike this video?

  • Well done, Sir !

  • Son, I am dissapoint.

  • haha look at the guys dumbbells on the right of the screen :L

  • @grong1 what about the ones on the left in the mirror... lol

  • @JSchwarze89 haha yeah :L

  • @grong1 so? im pretty sure he was doing lateral raises and you cant use 110lb there unless you're Coleman or something

  • @blankplanet you cant suggest that when he does no movement in the video

  • @grong1 either raises or biceps as they are positioned on the sides and he is seated. but if you really wanna have fun, take a look at the stand with weights in the beginning of the video. i understand they entertain you

  • @blankplanet could be shoulders so stop trying to act like hulk hogan, i was comparing them to the guy in the video not in general

  • @toolbagcentral oh stfu. racking dumbbells does nothing for your work out.

  • Great power for the age! But man, going past 90 like that has got to be hard on the joints after!!!

  • i love dumbell presses.

  • Nothing like old man strength

  • nak nak naken on haven stone

  • hey man love the vid. i lift 80 pounds right now , cant wait to get to 100-110 seeing how big u are.

  • Awesome job!

  • get some legs buddy

  • i bet knocking on heavens door really pumped you up

  • Age is just a number! nice to see

  • I think this is one of the best forms for dumbbell press I have seen on YouTube. Plus that's a good amount of weight, I was impressed.

  • just do it :)

  • gr8 job man

  • Awesome, stronger than me

  • Holly shit!!! Fuckin kudos to u mate!! Awesome!! Keep up the great work!

  • @toolbagcentral hey dopie...those weights are made for dropping!!! Thats why they are rubber. Spend a few couple bucks on a legit gym and maybe you too, one day, can drop the weights!!!

  • @mitsugst066 haha well said sir!

  • @toolbagcentral They slam the weight because they're trying to get the most out of their workout, and obviously they can do the weight if they're lifting it.. You probably aren't the strongest person if you're not trying to fight for the last rep

  • Lifestyle Phoenix AZ?

  • shit this old man can probly do the 150s!!!

  • Well dan !

  • That is incredibly impressive. I started working out about 6 months ago (Im 19) and I hope I can make it to those dumbbells hahah I can get 75s but damn 80s get me everytime! Much respect. I hope to still be working out when Im older too

  • good job

  • AMAZING

  • Fantastic liftin bro.Damn perfect form with a heavy weight. So many videos on here you see people doing half reps but you look as though you couldve handled way more, but i see what you mean by going by feel.Motivating stuff

  • EXCELLENT JOB MAN!!! that was an awesome lift your JACKED!!! keep it up you in great shape!!!! GUNS N ROSES IS THE SHIT!!!!!!

  • I'm 41 married to a 23 year old. I obviously look very young for my age and i hit the gym about 3 times a week. Shoulders are a constant problen for me. Ive done the srteroidal shots, but i find at our age taking longer periods to recover makes all the difference in the world. I stick around 70"s to 75's for d bell press 85' to 90 for shrugs. Once again though longer recovery is key for us! This guy is just amazing!

  • Verry Nice thats deep

  • i can already tell from here that he's at lifetime fitness :). Best gym in the world.

  • full range of motion.. awesome!

  • WOW! You made that look too easy big man!

  • Thats awesome!

  • I don't bench but this is great technique, a shitload better than all of the gym rats at my college.

  • Very strong. Are you natural and, if so, could you give us some tips on what to eat? Thanks.

  • Lean meats and veggies is allways a winner :)

  • I used to weigh 280lbs 9 months ago, now I'm weighing 237lbs. I bench 275lbs and can dumbbell press 100lbs for 5 reps.

I don't take any protein shakes or pre-workout supplements. All I eat before workout is a sandwich/fruit/milk and after my workout I eat my dinner, which is any type of meat, and lots of greens, then I mix up a smoothie with frozen fruits and water, sometimes yoghurt. All natural.

  • nice press. i can rep 110's for 9-8-7 now. thanks for the motivation.

  • Nice full reps

  • impressive form. Great job Buddy!

  • i like the shirt :P

  • Great form. When I do the 110's I dont go down far enough!

  • Great lift!!! How old are you and how much do you weight?

  • 49 years old next month and weigh between 210 - 215

  • That's terrific!!!! I'm 55 and trying to get back into shape. I'm having alot of shoulder problems when trying to go heavy. Do you have any suggestions? Let's hear for the middle age guys

  • I too have shoulder issues when I go heavy. I focus on form and not so much on the weight. When I bench I stay at 225 to 275 for reps. 315 is more of a max day which I only do once in a while. I find when I focus on the form the weight will increase over time and you will get much better results.

  • @1daddysdream im 19, but i have a bro who is like 28 and has a blown out shoulder. i would just stay light. you have a high chance of getting really hurt if you go to heavy. if you are trying to get bigger and you must do heavy weight, stick to the smith machine as you can always lock the weight if it hurts.

  • @1daddysdream I'm 41 and having shoulder problems as well. Quite common actually - I found out. Find a low kilo/lbs (= 8kg/18lbs) dumbbell. Bend slightly forward and let your arm relax and the weight pull at your arm. Now move it in small circles - first one way and then the other. This will lubricate your shoulders a bit and take some of the pain. Hold the dumbbell with a lose grip to avoid tension. Hope it works for you like it works for me.

  • @1daddysdream YOU DONT HAVE TO GO HEAVY TO GET IN SHAPE. AT YOUR AGE YOUR HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN BULKING DUDE. JUST WORK OUT WITH WHAT YOU CAN.

  • @sfuller003 Terrific form Big Fella I hope im doing that weight when i turn 40

  • @sfuller003 I doubt I be that strong when I turn ur age.. Im 26

  • @sfuller003 great to be that ripped at almost 50 years of age! keep it up

  • @sfuller003 Great lift i hope to still be able to do that or more when i turn 40

  • dumbells are a bitch to lockout. by doing that with dumbbells where was your barbell bench at? i switched over to dumbbells for a while in hopes of improving my barbell bench and giving my shoulder a rest

  • that takes so much stabilization

    hes beast

  • good job

  • very nice !
