What I think is interesting in the wikileaks summary is that it mentioned that all relevant documents have been "smuggled" out to concerned, moneyed private interests - such as private corporations and lobbyists - while Congress has consistently voted to deny the general public access.

Also worth noting is the fact that John McCain and Patrick Leahy have been trying to make these documents public for years. Shame on those (like Mr. Graft: Ted Stevens) who stopped them.
