I agree w/ JJBubbiGirl & AaronTyk. I'm not the best at singing , but i can here what's wrong w/ the notes. Your voice, it sounds like it's coming from the nose(I have this problem too -.-;;;). Keep on practicing this song, it should match your voice really well, there was just some small errors.

you changed the original key.
well it isnt anything bad but you should choose a key that suits you
the key you start with is different from the key you sing in chorus.
in the original it was the same

there is definitely a lot of room for improvement no doubt.
don't know much about vocal stuffs, perhaps in a couple of months or so, i'd take up a class =)
