  • Also you can't focus on detail by lowering weight and higher reps, the ONLY things you can do is 1. Grow your chest in pure SIZE (not shape) 2. Grow different VERTICAL (not horizontal) positions (lower, middle, upper) by decline, flat and incline. 3. Lowering you BODY FAT for more detail. The rest of your chest shape comes down to genetics.

  • @NielsG070 you CAN target the inner chest by putting more pressure and more squeeze to the inner or outer chest for example: butterflys or push ups with your hands close together or the hands further away.

  • @fLo777com It's not true, you muscles consist of fibers, the fibres in the chest go from side to side, fibers are like ropes, if you pull a rope, the force is the same in the whole rope, that's why you can't target inside or outside. only upper or lower (because then you contract different fibers.

  • @totopoo123 Weights don't help you loose weight at all. The only thing that will get rid of moobs and body fat in general is cardio exercise - brisk walking, jogging, cycling/stationary bike etc

  • @McL0vable Muscle will use bodyfat. The most straight forward approach to losing bodyfat though is diet. Don't eat as much.

On top of that, low intensity cardio will break down muscle and not be as effective for loosing fat...   • @nitrasbeks Sorry kid but you're wrong. Definition is the result of large, visible muscles with a low bodyfat percentage.

    The best way to increase overall muscle size is strength training, 4-6 reps and hypertrophy at around 8-12 reps. Combine this with a BF% of 8-10 and you have 'definition'.

    High rep numbers improve endurance, which is useful for some sports. It doesn't make the muscles any more visible.

  • I noticed that in most of those videos, the upper arm on the bottom part of the movement is a tiny bit below parallel with shoulder level, in other words a little less than 90 degrees with the side of the body. I noticed that if I do it that way I am more likely to get shoulder problems later. Wouldn't it make more sense to have it about 60-70 degrees with the body? When I do this I notice more work done by the chest rather than the shoulder. This is especially for me since I have long arms!
