I had a great day filming this. I think the RedCross and scompa, Brent Duncan and all the others were so great! I had fun working wit Grandma Rose! She and I made a mad dash for the potty during our wait. I told her they would be looking for her before we got back and I was right! LOL lots of fun. Hello to everyone that took part we had a great time together!
All in all this was a fairly good short video for information about a few of the things The American Red Cross can do. However, I noticed a few key points that need clarification. First, is one my former professor would point out and that is Normalcy among the Red Cross Staff during the blackout. Second, Where was local Emergency Management officials involvement? Third, Radio Operators don't make reports to the red cross we do them to the NWS and local EM, Red Cross may be listening however.
I was in this part of the film 10 times. It was an honor and privilege being in this film and working with Red Cross, SCOMPA, Brent Duncan, the other directors, actors, and extras.
This will be like an apocalypse. I hope it never happens.
