You really need to tighten up your back on those deadlifts by the lok of it.
Also have you tried doing those roll-out exercises using rings - you can stand further forward to scale the intensity down if you get problems with failure at the lowest point of the movement.
What type of place are you working out from? It does not look like a typical commercial gym. Is it some sort of special club? Cross fitting club or something similar?
