  • You really need to tighten up your back on those deadlifts by the lok of it.

    Also have you tried doing those roll-out exercises using rings - you can stand further forward to scale the intensity down if you get problems with failure at the lowest point of the movement.

  • What type of place are you working out from? It does not look like a typical commercial gym. Is it some sort of special club? Cross fitting club or something similar?
