Great advice whether u have the lapband or if ur trying to lose weight.I am glad that u get it..My cousin got the surgery and tried to convince me to get it I didn't! I lost over 50 pounds but she is not committed it really is all about your mind.
I am proud of you and you just said a mouth full of nothing but the truth! You look great and with this attitude you are on the road to success. I have the same insurance with a different state buy they will NOT pay a penny for ANY type of weight loss surgery NO MATTER WHAT but they will pay for open heart surgery, strokes etc. So I am doing what I have to do for ME. Thanks your words help me!
