Management should not have allowed police to deal with the situation, without a psychiatrist or someone equally trained to be present. This guy was wrongfully mismanaged and treated like a criminal, when his mental illness is affecting his behavior.

What sort of place is this, who will treat their tenants like criminals, when they obviously are not the right fit for this sort of housing?
