I think we're all like a petition here: yep, we want the follow-up. It's hard enough finding the original Streetwise (1984) film - thankfully, it's ben uploaded on Youtube.I realise there are people peddling it on e-bay, but this documentary should, ideally, be released on DVD, complete with special features. That would be cinematic nirvana. These observational doco's are peerlessly pitched, honest, and instill humility. Also, they don't tell us what to think. Please, the follow-up, we beg you.
IMBD has a pretty good followup written by one of the sound techs that worked on the film. Just search out the movie name and then scroll through the responses.

Thanks! My brother and I are going to have a screening on the big HDTV with some people and go to Seattle the next day and look for the locations and act 'em out. Cause we're nerds like that.
That is totally awesome~! I would love to nerd it up with you and find those locations ...and...act out the scenes...Yes...classic...When I visited by brother in Seattle in 2006, all I could do was look at every fragment up and down the of the city blocks and think about Streetwise.

She was cute.
I believe she was even offered movie roles after Streetwise, but either passed on them or she couldn't read was the problem.
