  • just a quick question can you,s revell glue for it

  • @remystipsen1 Is that a glue for plastic models? If so then no. Use any kind of white glue, elmers etc. That will be good.

  • @DKsaNn7 When the engine stops burning it automaticly pops out the parachute

  • @MrJumpersun yes, thats right. It has a small charge in the opposite direction, pops the parachute.

  • just a quick question, can i use contact cement for the nose cone?

  • @alieldeeb yes

  • Thanks for this video! I had to make this rocket for physics class and I had never built a rocket before and I just wanted to see someone else do it to make sure I did an okay job. And I did :)

  • press 8 it looks wrong thumbs up if u agree

  • @ 1:10-1:22 sounds nasty lol

  • Also can u just glue the shock cord to the inside layer and is the engine mount necessary, cause it's just there to hold the engine steady?

  • @DKsaNn7 yup, just glue the shock cord in. The engine mount holds the engine steady but it also holds it in place; without it the engine might take off and blast right through the rocket, leaving it behind! Have fun with it. Just build it according to the plans. That's part of the fun!

  • i forgot but HOW DO U GET THE STREAMER TO POP OUT!

I'm trying to make a parachute come out

  • @DKsaNn7 The engine has a charge on it that will pop and force the parachute out.

  • @DKsaNn7 the heat of the engine expands the nose cone and the streamer flies out

  • nice i made a rocket launcher ow and i need some veiws

  • nice

  • cool rocket i just made a video on one and i need some views

  • @bhblwrestler I checked out your vid. Nice job on the rocket and the video! Have fun launching it and be sure to take a launch video!

  • I made a rocket out of a pringles can. Size D engine. I lost it when fired.

  • @cooliokid92 lol

  • '

    that is sad,,,

estes model rockets company was in america made it,,,

then now estes throw to china,,,

china make estes model rockets for america,,,

    why do that

  • i once made one out of empty toilet paper rolls my own custom built rocket self made engine too but it never lifted off the ground lol

  • @s043487263 Cool, you should give it another try. Making a rocket out of scratch isn't too hard. would be fun.

  • ma hai pippato??

  • i was thinking about putting that on my rc jet and then fire it in the air as a missile, lol i know i am crazy

  • what spray chrome did you use ? that finish looks killer !

  • sorry I know I'm a pain, but it's pronounced-

    Ess-Stezz, rather than Ess-Tease.

not being critical of you, I though the same thing , till someone mentioned it to me the first day at a club launch.

    again, great vids

  • only 10 bucs!

  • Did you check stability when you added the upper fins?

  • and were

  • How do he get it

  • great vids and ideas dude

    thanyou for sharing

  • Thanks man, I lost my instructions and my rockets due tommorow.

  • dude, thnx alot! im in boyscouts and i lost the instructions and tomoro i had to hav it done and i havnt started. ur like ma hero!!!!!!!!these r rely great instructions. :)

  • why have you stoped talking in the end?

  • what blade do you use with the x-acto knife

  • I am not sure the name of it. it's the one that comes to a sharp triangle point. Most any blade would work well. Have fun with your model rockets!

  • LAGALICIOUS X2

  • LAGALICIOUS!

  • I dont know much about rokets , but u should try the Exterminater(i think i spelled it wrong),IT FLY UP TO 100 METTERS AT LEAST!!!(IF done right)

  • yo this guy has got some gangsta voice lol

  • i use super glue, not plastic cement lol.

  • lol heheh i know cooler rockets that are way easyier and u need is sandpaper and glue and the engine comes with it the store is called hobby world.

  • Does an engine come with the wizard kit? If not, what engine would you reccommend? Also add any other parts/ materials not included in the kit that i might need. Thanks

  • Hi, The wizard doesn't come with engines so i recommend you get some A sized engines, A 8-3, A8-5 would be good. You also need a launching pad and recovery wadding.

  • Thanks a lot...i didnt have any idea what came with the kit. Where did you order yours?

  • you should try the Quark! its really small, use's 1/2A3-4T engines, its about 5 in tall and u can do crazy stuff with it. about 2$ lol turned mine into a jet. you can also use A3-4T and A10-3T engines

  • thanks, I will give the Quark a try.

  • @unable1234 try putting a c6-5 engine

  • Very good vid! 5*

  • I built a wizard at science camp. It wasn't my first rocket, but it was a fast and easy build. My first flight ended in a lost tail fin but I took one from someone's broken wizard and got in two more flights.

  • Nice! It's a fun little rocket. I just finished building two more. One of them has the helicopter nose cone.

  • this is the same rocket i am building in my physics class

  • Cool!

  • hey i just got interested in model rocketry and your website has been a real help

  • Cool! Have fun with your new hobby!

  • i made one with a soda bottle using hydraulic pressure as fuel.

  • Nice, I have seen those, they can really build up a lot of pressure and shoot pretty good.

  • your makign a RPG! lol i made those with bottle rockets and straws

  • LOL, You guessed it. Its coming out crazy! And almost done. Maybe I do a test firing today or tomorrow, I will make a vid. It's called the "Dragonslayer".

  • only problem i had was i got burnt by sparks on ma hands, but that was with bottle rockets

  • Cool 5 Stars you gonna upload a video of this flying?

  • Oh yes! But I am not going to fly it in the usual way :)

  • yaaaaaaaay i wanna get one theres even a place in my town to get them bonus XD

  • I really enjoy rockets, you are going to have some fun. CHeck out that hobby shop!

  • I might find one at a hobby shot, nice vid 5 stars!

  • Thanks for the 5 and cool! Its a fun hobby.

  • I bet that things gonna be a blast:)

  • I am going to have some real fun with this thing. Special Project is crazy, Everybody I have shown it to is raving about it. Stay tuned! I think you will like it.

  • Wizard sounds really old school.

  • It sure does, funny name for a tiny rocket.

  • cool

  • Thanks, You have gotta see what I do with this rocket! I am half done with the new project.
