A famous Jew once said "Love your ennemy". I would send help. We must not confound the populations and the governments. Just because the government of a country is doing bad things, it does not meen the population of that country deserves to suffer.

Let me preface this. I'm not Jewish. I have been studying Israel at college, it's very fascinating. From a political perspective, I would help them. I would overhelp them, and make sure every single person knew it was us. Put the Jewish equivalent of "Bless your heart" or "G-d bless you" "From the sovereign state of Israel" in every single pack of crackers. They mostlikely wouldn't accept, but make the whole world know you're trying to help at the very least. Again, a political perspecitve
