Guys, You Don't Have To Do That! You Can Just Look Behind/Underneath Your Router And See A White Sticker. It Should Say:

SN: #####################

WEP:*******************

Mac:******************** And Other Things.

Copy The WEP.

Then, Go To The Internet Signal, And Right-Click It To Chose Properties.

Then, Change The Encryption Type To WEP And Use The Numbers On The Sticker For The Password!

It's Case Sensitive So, USE CAPS WHEN YOU SEE THEM!

@bacmoh1 its most likely because your router sends out a signal that your wireless card cannot read. Certain types of routers send out CERTAIN types of wifi that CERTAIN types of wireless cards read. You would have to check on what type of wifi your card reads and get that type of router. (N,G,B are all types of signals)
