  • Well as of now the season is over... there wont be any more growing, maybe or you could possible rescue ones thay are already grown and matured, great season though for me too, found several new patches. However it was not ideal, I am still seeking a monster patch, like the one i found in 2008, sad thing is 8 people atleast knew about that location, and i still ended up getting atleast 5-7 ounces dry out of it. But im trying to find a monster patch for myself!

  • @NWOisgoingDOWN Hey my schools at point defiance, right behind the go karts. It would be cool to find some there, I know my friend found some cyanescens there.

  • do these mushrooms cyans only grow near wood chips, or can it be in bark, or just leaves?

  • wow! just after the rain falls yesterday and today, i found a HUGE patch of cyanescens growing in the grass in my back yard! talk about lucky!

  • i swear i found shrooms going at my house, i kinda live out in the woods. But no expeirence identifying them

  • I've been searching at this park by my house that has hella woodchips and are growing a series of mushrooms but not the ones I want. Any advice? Maybe they're just late this year?

  • Im in Tacoma i have been looking everywhere for these like Point defiance and other wooded areas near the sound. I have been unlucky so far. Help me out? Any advice as what type of areas to look for them at?

  • @KroniKhero69 I heard you can find them there, but its a place like dash point, and they are scattered and in few numbers, they are called 'wild' cyans. I have also been unlucky this year, yet i have not really done much hunting at all, only checked one spot by my place they grew 'wild' the last few years. Look at the response i gave to skaterz, same habitat, you want it to be shaddy too but just look for woodchips. Wood, not bark.

  • @NWOisgoingDOWN I still havent found any Cyans But Me and some friends found a patch of blue ringers or P. Stuntzii's And i have plenty of those right now. I just made some tea with them and im pretty excited to drink it in about an hour or 2

  • @NWOisgoingDOWN bro, i just found some today, they havnt been growing they are late in the season, just so you know, go to your local spots in the next 1-3 days you will find them

  • @edubdt yeah dude actually on halloween I was riding around on my bicycle when i stumbled upon a patch! Im about to post new video soon.

  • @KroniKhero69

    Point defiance park.

    rododdendron garden.

move them leaves around dont be lazy.

  • @tiffanyxmichele I found a shit load of patches at point D. Not even at the 5 i actually found them in a fairly public area. haha

  • @KroniKhero69 yeah dude find some more so you can make me more tea

  • @tiffanyxmichele I would say way too many people know about it though right?

  • @NWOisgoingDOWN Not really actually you would be surprised their are lots of Cyanascens at point Defiance even in the most public areas

  • @KroniKhero69

    All up in the five.

    point d.

by owens beach up in the woods dude.

  • @KroniKhero69 I've had no luck too. I've looked in my spots from last year from Silverdale, all the way down to Olympia. Nothing. It snowed this morning so I guess I'll have to wait for next September.

  • @patent98310 That sucks i had some crazy luck this year. Overall i probably picked at least 5 ounces. Twas a good year!

  • me and my buddy found some at this house in there back yard of a abanded house we found those but there just baby's ill try to go to downtown edmonds/ beach and look but what spots would they be in?

  • @skaterz50 you need to look for landscaped areas or just dump areas were woodchips are, not beauty bark either. you need to look for alder chips. I found that the ideal habitat are woodchips that are being overtaken by vegetation. So like a scattered woodchip bed or piles i guess that have no attention, just left there. I still have yet to find Cyans this year.

  • Not Edmonds bro, more like South King Co. But youll be able to find them in Edmonds.

  • hey man where in edmonds did u find those
