Thanks for posting this video. The first couple of fixes did not work for my printer, but about 6:00 minutes in, I got EXACTLY the information I needed. If you have this printer and you have a frustrating jam, watch this video -- and be patient. Your situation may not be addressed until later in the vid. It's worth the time to find the fix. For the money, this printer should have lasted more than 13 months. Then I found this and had hope. Now it's in the TRASH and I will not buy an HP again.
The video is well done and very descriptive. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem. Seems to be a common problem with that model. Hoping for some other resolution.

Thank god for this vid! I couldn't find the manual, but found this vid in 15 seconds lol. from 0:40 to 1:50 was all I needed :)
