looks to me like he has his brake settings too high so when he comes of the gas it puts on the break and then oops a spinout.These cars are a blast to race.The tire compounds could cause it.Hell alot things could be wrong.I see a few just looking at it.

Very cool.This reminds me of the miniture ferrari some guy built.He manufactured allmost everything.V12 with working 5spd tranny,even has reverse.Its an exact duplicate but not an rc.Took him 12 years.I bet it's on youtube.

david you have the right idea for normal cars, but you can't really induce lift off oversteer that successfully with an RC car as there is a centrifugal clutch so no engine braking can be applied.

wannabeers has more of the right idea for an RC car, but it's really not that simple and nitro cars aren't really very good for drifting as throttle moderation is generally quite poor and unprecise, it's better to use an electric car with a decent ESC.

go with a taymia TT-01 chasis. something like a 18-19turn motor, a brushed esc, you can skimp by w/ a cheap radio. get a decent steering servo. and a 7 cell stick pack and wham you're getting sideways.

look at hobbystores coz they are in my opinion the best rc site. I got a TAMIYA subaru impreza wrc 2007 version from there last year and it is excellent. it has reverse, headlights and rear lights for the dark, and about 20 mph. plus with my new charger i got about an hour run time out of it. and now it is only £117.00
