Good stuff Peter! I wish it was really that simple to act as listening to you.

Nothing of this is really new, but thank you for reminding us of the painful truth.

Now, can we all have a sensible debate why this has been allowed to go on for so many years, and what will be the end of it.

- Is it to early to predict a Major new war?

- The western world of today couldnt possibly build 5000 dollar cars again?

- How can we make a loaf of bread without subsidies?

- Back to gold standard ?

My advice to every American. Sorry, but start to learn another language. Mandarin wouldn't be a bad place to start. We Europeans need to do the same thing as well. Peter Schiff has, of course, been called anti American because he speaks badly of the dollar but there's a certain inevitability to everything he is saying.

All true, but I couldn't help reading between the lines here.

I think the US will probably try to avert oil price increases and the power of foreign currencies by starting more wars. Surely they've done it in the past. All of this seems to assume that the largest military in the world will stand by while its country's economy does what is necessary.

If their gov't won't do this why will their army?

This talk was amazing....... I listened to the whole thing and would listen for few hours more... It is refreshing when you listen to people who know what they are talking about, and who aren't trying to lie to you or scare you.. It is just pure and simple, facts and sober logical thinking. Reminds me of Dr. Paul.... :-D

set up a separate entity and place Ron Paul as the president and Schiff as CFO. I will put all my money in this entity :). This speech is just so beautiful and simple he is making everyone laugh at what the politicians are actually telling millions!!! I was thinking the U.S. will convert to the Amero currency, leading up to a New World Order; not going through another Great Depression. This will be the Greatest Depression for Americans like me. Thank god I am paying off my student loans while in deferment. I should pay it off by summer 2009, right before the NWO will take effect.
