That has to be wind going over the camera's mic, because I got a skystream and all you can hear when it's running is a low humming. It looks like it's turning at it's highest speed in the video, so I bet they're filming in at least 20 mph winds in this shot.
How much power does it make in a power outage, when the grid goes down? Not much use then is it?
