  • To - @AdamIzBeastin

    I didn't build it, I bought it on e-Bay.

  • @ledzepcamaro67 HOWLY SHEEET

  • How much HP does it make ?

  • To - @jimmypaduaa

    Around 4 or 5.

  • how much did the conely run and where did you buy it? was it a kit or did it come pre assembled?

  • THAT SOUNDS BETTER THAN A Civic lol

  • That sounds like the real thing!!!! nice!!!

  • i rather prefer the sound of your stinger ! hey btw , how are you gunna make your new exhausts and where are you going to place the pipe ? (are you gunna make it a pipe header or a zoomie header?)

  • To - @baptistedeschrevel

    Me too.

Depends on the final placement of the engine, but a zoomie style, going down rather than up.

  • @rcWizzard so like avengers exhaust ?

  • even so small a v8 sounds great...8 cylinders are a unique piece of engineering history in sound and power :D

  • how much does all of that cost ??

  • To - @MrBurnTec

    It's all scratch built.

If you mean the engine, check out ConleyPrecision. com

  • @rcWizzard do you have a rough guess how much it cost in the end with all the parts and engine and wheels

when it is fully made ??

  • To - @MrBurnTec

I'd say 6 to 7k, including the engine. But have not added up the receipts yet.

  • to bad every single one i have seen run doesnt have any power. my stock baja has more balls

  • To - @Sancho1388

So go play with your balls!

    I'll play with my Conley.

  • i want one for my 1/8

  • To - @mitchrox7

    Go to ConleyPrecision. com.

  • specs on the v-8 that can be held in your hand!!! what does in run on? nitromethane or pump fuel? that little engine makes me laugh....can you do a vid of specs on the conley?

  • To - @mudpuppy4life

    Runs on nitro 20%.

    Bore .875 - Stroke .625 - Solid lifters - Cam has 280 degree duration & .059 lift - Siamese Porting 6 to 7 lbs - 3 to 4 HP at 12,000 RPM - Glow Plug Ignition.

That would be a short video.

  • @rcWizzard lol it would have been a short video.....but 12,000rpm out of a v-8 is ALOT!!

  • To - @copkilling745

    12,000.

  • i think it needs motor mounts

  • To - @chevybogger9

    It does, they're rubber mounted.

  • That thing is HOLY SHIT awesome. Seriously cool!

  • absolutely awesome!

  • do u haave a clutch for it

  • To - @845jdog

    It's in the transmission housing.

  • @rcWizzard thats prety sick

  • how much power does that make? and it runs off regular gasoline rather than 20 or 30 percent rc nitro, i take it. i hope it runs off the latter, though.

  • To - @blklightning330

    4 or 5 HP. 20% nitro, for 4-Strokes.

  • Sounds awesome! :)

  • how much do those motors cost

  • To - @funnyboyswag

    I got it used from e-Bay $1650.

Check out the new version at ConleyPrecision. com

  • when are you going to freestyle or actually drive it around?

  • To - @issackool4evr

That's going to be a few months.

  • COOL!!

  • wow, i saw the first vid with the random little truck at the end and had to see more i'l watch all the rest now. very interesting indeed, i bash a 1/8 truck and this sort of thing is way out of my league. i take my hat off to you, and to all the other guys that take this hobby to such extremes. . can't wait to watch the other vids. thanks.

  • I hate to say this because I love the project but I think its going to be underpowered. All the video i seen and from what i read, I cant see this going more than 10-15mph at best. I'm guessing that this project might weigh 60 pounds or so when your done? I like the conleys but I think there more show than go...

  • To - @MullinPerformance

I do want to increase the final gear ratio, But, before I invent another wheel, or gear box rather, I want to see how it runs.

  • Have u ever run it around a track or some scale cars ??

  • To - @alexisdabest1

    It's not drivable yet.

  • dude when are you going to have this thing rolling, and how fast do you think it will go

  • awesome!! can i buy 1,or do you know were i can!! never seen one in australia!!

  • To - @crazydogg1313

You can find them on e-Bay, if you're lucky. Or, check out the new Version at ConleyPrecision. com

  • all this work u might aswell slap on a supercharger :D p.s. love the work,, ur a true engineer bruva

  • You have too much money dude! Throw some this way!

  • wonder if you could put a 1/4 scale turbo on it

  • @Bubba9Gump

I'd rather have the Super Charger.

Never seen a 1/4 scale turbo.

  • @rcWizzard thath sound scares me . this is gonna be nice

  • @rcWizzard Where Are the valve covers?

  • To - @ElijahWheeler

    In my pocket.

  • @rcWizzard lol

  • @rcWizzard when you do the new exhaust like u said will it have a better sound ??

  • To - @baptistedeschrevel

    Hope so.

  • do u bought the engine or is homemade¿¿?

  • @pelonchasf97

    Yes used from e-Bay.

Check out the new version at ConleyPrecision. com

  • what kind of fuel does this run on?

  • @Hogasofa

    20% Nitro for 4-stroke engines.

  • @rcWizzard i think a 50cc chainsaw engine will be better

  • To - @MrNEVEX

One cylinder rather than 8, nah, I'll stick with 8.

  • how much for a engine and were do i find one

  • @myrcrevo1

This one was $1600 used from e-Bay.

Check out the new version at ConleyPrecision. com

  • @rcWizzard wow 1600 on ebay thats a good price, they are like 5700 new. did you tig weld the frame, is it alunium?

p.s cant wait to see it going

  • is there any way you can tune the sound of the conley exhaust ??

  • @wildkev1010

The length of the pipes will effect the sound, but I don't want to make these any shorter.

  • nice video. do you know how much hp it puts out?

  • @mxfreedom155

    4 or 5 HP.

  • how fast does that go?

  • @freestyleskier132

Won't know until I have it drivable.

  • I need front and rear axles/differentials like the ones on ur grave digger that are 16 inches long give me a price an I'll see if we have a deal

  • @Rcslashchannle1

Even if we do strike up a deal, with the other things I have on my to do list it would be 2 years before I could start it.

FYI - Custom one off items are expensive. Check out store.RC4WD. com .

  • hey there again. im just wondering, but how mcuh does this motor cost to buy? and where did you get it? thanks.

  • @mach1stang310hp

    $1600. from e-Bay.

Check out the new version at ConleyPrecision. com

  • that's not vry expensive, considering my 0.28 CI isabout 200€

    : )

did you tig weld the chassis?

what material did you use for the chassis?

  • @naturalyshocked

MIG welded. They're ugly, but strong.

Mild Steel. Not 4130, to hard to bend.

  • solid or hollow?

  • @naturalyshocked

    Hollow. .035 wall.

  • omg, that must be really difficult not burning any holes or other melting

    : )

    awesome job

  • the responsiveness of that thing is just sickkk!

  • when will you upload another video

  • @kiriakoskakos

Plan to film it this weekend, so Mon or Tues.

  • what is your plan for this? are you going to drive with a reciever like and rc car or are you going to use it for show?

  • @tdizzleRC16

    YES.

  • I was just wondering how much actual time was spent doing labor on this project, I am an impatient person so to me I would spend as much time possible on completing a project. I was just wondering how much time you devote to this project..

  • @blakemckee

It's been 1000 to 1500 hours so far.

  • I noticed you've been working on this for some odd years now, and I was just wondering; How much time (labor wise, not waiting) have you or do you put into this each week? The reasons for my questions are I want to do something simular, but probably smaller like 1/10th scale pickup truck.. but i'm impatient. Never works out. Haha.

  • @blakemckee

How will knowing the amount of time I put into this project affect your project????

What are you saying "Never works out" ??

  • So cool to see the rockers moving up and down

  • love the sound of that deep tone american muscle

  • sweet, did you weld that frame yourself?

  • @rrrtbds12223

Yes, and it shows. The welds are ugly, but strong.

  • @rcWizzard how many horsepower does it have would like to know

  • @simcaP60fan

    4 or 5.

  • @rcWizzard just sand the welds down??????

  • Holy shit!! Is this thing done now? Because this is 3 years ago right? Does it have some bad ass valve covers now? Which one is the one where the actual truck is driving? It'd be cool if that tube frame was chromoly.

  • @NebunLaCap

Check out other video's to see the valve covers.

    Not drivable yet.

  • Hey I love this project of yours. That is a huge undertakeing. Keep it up I am exited to see the finished project.

  • do they make those v8 engines in diesel

  • @MrRfitz27

Well with Glow Plugs rather than Spark Plugs this version could be considered a diesel. Check out the new version at ConleyPrecision. com. Sorry though, it is NOT a diesel.

  • when does the next part come out????????????????

  • @simodude15

19 will be a few weeks.

  • how much would one of these engines cost and where can i get one from?

  • @sherbutorange

It's hard to find this older version, e-Bay when you're lucky. BUT, check out the NEW version at ConleyPrecision. com !!! Hold on to your Wallet.

  • Massa

  • @pc8922

    What does that mean??

  • That thing have valve covers? and its been a while since you made a video, wassup?

  • @EatmyDust1311

Yes, took them off so the roller rocker arms show.

19 will be a few weeks.

  • @rcWizzard awesome, I posted a few of your videos on a couple raptor forums. cant wait to see how its doing

  • @EatmyDust1311

    You mean my Quad videos?

  • @rcWizzard no, Ford Raptor forums. They love this thing! you can find me as BentToast on both svtoffroad dot com and fordraptorforum dot com and your vids are in the off topic sections. and your little quads are awesome too! go sign up, we would be glad to have somebody as skilled as you on board. we like all this stuff, I hope to see you there

  • im gona make one but use a motorcycle 50cc engine 2 stroke

  • @elsalamemelame

What are you going to use for drive axles and tires?

  • @rcWizzard tires same as you and dont know what to use as drive axles but maybe i put like a metal tube through two bearings and solder the bearings to the shocks and the shocks soldered to the chasis.and what shocks are you using. i will be using motorcycle brakes or maybe bicycle brakes.

  • @elsalamemelame

    I scratch built the shocks.

  • @rcWizzard Man you are the king!!

  • @WeirdoMikey

    4 Stroke.

  • hoho its using very much fuel i see

  • @niklasmich

Yes, funny, you're the first to comment on that.

  • @rcWizzard what kind of fual ur taking is it the normal mdell 1:20 like iam using it or is it more nitro

  • @niklasmich

    4-Stroke fuel, 20% nitro.

  • @rcWizzard okay iam jusing modell fuel with 16 percent because my car is new

  • when is your next video will be uploaded?Keep the good work

  • @kiriakoskakos

    A few weeks.

  • i want one of those engines where did you get it at?

  • @rubbr223

    Used from e-Bay.

Check out the New version at ConleyPrecision. com

  • @rubbr223

    e-Bay.

Check out the new Version at ConleyPrecision. com

  • will u make a running vid

  • @cesar11duran

    When it's running, Yes.

  • why not a mini radiator its gonna get hot with out a valve cover and oil

  • @xboxd83

    Click on "More from rcWizzard".

The nitro fuel helps cool the engine.

Mini radiator does not hold enough water.

  • that is cool!how much was it?

  • @awesomedude34567

    $1650, from e-Bay.

  • i have looked every were and i can not find a motor like that i have serched everything i can think of and havent got anywere. What did you search to find it?Plese help me.

  • wow, it's been a long time since you started :D i check every day to see if you put a new video on and sometimes i just start from part 1 and watch them all ;) cant wait til its done and your rippin off jumps with it

  • @Thinkfast9999

Thanks man.Almost done with the brakes.

  • @rcWizzard cant wait to see it

  • WHEN ARE YOU PUTTING YOUR NEXT VIDEO ON

  • @GMX1995

    A week or 2.

  • @rcWizzard ok cool

  • sweet

  • it is wonderful, what a job you did! I had never seen that!

  • @dragracer3

The 609 has a true ignition system, meaning the spark is sent to the Spark Plug (not Glow plug) at the proper time. This allows the engine to idle at a lower RPM which gives it that Thump sound.

Mine has the stroked crank, so it's 454, :-)
