Most US citizens including politicians, CIA, ect. do not know the real definition of socialism. Countries like Canada, France, & Greece, tend to have a better understanding of the real definition. This is do to the daemonization of Socialism in the West during the Cold War, in which it was affiliated with communism, when in reality it is not the same.

@siradon2000 I don't exactly know what socialism does, but I favor a system where the government takes care of your bills/house so that the gap between the rich and poor is much smaller than in a capitalist society, but has some aspects of capitalism such as going to school, getting a job, buying your own stuff and own house, so you can't end up on the streets.

In reality every regulation ends up costing the people more, and often makes the problem worse instead of better. For every new regulation put on it requires more man power to enforce it. With many new regulations they create entire new Departments, like the Department of Energy. Half of the problem in this nation is the Federal Government.

You see people commit murder, rape, adultery, do drugs, have sex outside of marriage, even get pregnant at 12-15. The freedoms and liberties afforded to us in our founding documents state that as long as you don't do anything to interfere with others freedoms and liberties there is no limit to your freedom and liberty. Unfortunately we have a court system that is more interested in making money than putting criminals where they belong. If you've got the money and are willing to make a plea they're more than willing to let a rapist/drug dealer/ thief, etc. off with minimal time. It's ridiculous and appalling.

When these entitlement programs go into place the government takes a rather large piece of what could otherwise go straight to a truly needy family. I'd like to see those studies that show that Fox News is the least biased. Studies by big names like Media Matters and FAIR have found Fox News to be the most biased thing on television...
pew research found that for the last 6 weeks of the pres. campaign, the # McCain stories that were negative on Fox News were 40%, and the # of Obama stories that were negative were 40%. Unlike msnbc which were something like 14% negative for Obama and 73% negative for McCain.

fox news did the same thing with bush when he gave his little town halls. they were allowed unprecedented access to cover every one of his speeches. and they did this kind of stuff for the entire 8 years of him in office. and you are complaining about ONE obama town hall??

There only thing fair and balanced about this network is that they show both sides on MOST issues. What they don't show is that one side (for example global warming) has billions in agreement and five nutjobs who aren't. Problem is they portray it as though it's equal on both sides. Fair and balance just means they give the nutjobs as much time and voice as the vast majority that stand against them without pointing out the simple fact that the debate itself isn't a balanced one at all.

When these entitlement programs go into place the government takes a rather large piece of what could otherwise go straight to a truly needy family. The reason McAuliffe praised FOX Noise was because they were behind Hillary when she has fighting Obama. The reason they were behind Hillary was because they would cheer anyone who was running against a black man. That is sadly the truth. It didn't matter, Democrat or Republican, FOX would get behind anyone as long as it was going towards taking down a black person, or any minority for that matter. Frankly, I believe CNN has the most unbiased coverage. MSNBC? Maybe. Fox? No. But, if claiming that Fox news is biased is somehow offensive, I apologize. Still, I think that most people don't care enough about the news to actually feel the need to convince others of the credibility of one network over another.

actually that is incorrect. msnbc has had hillary on their shows more than fox has, and they have been very couteous to her. nobody wants to be on fox for examples such as the ones that this video shows. for all we know, these clips could be taken out of context, but no matter what its clear there are way too many anti liberal talking heads on fox, and its hard to ignore.

Roger: You're right, that The House has the power to begin impeachment proceedings, however, the TRIAL of the impeached takes place in The Senate, where a two-thirds majority is needed to convict. The numbers just wouldn't be there to "take out" our worthless, treasonous president.
