If you're talking about if the seller calls you, then yes. Keep things simple and stay in control as the buyer, not the seller. Ask them the most important questions about motivation and try to locate their most desperate need in order to make a cash, or seller financing offer.
Wow. This is so basic yet, so powerful in terms of a mental approach to a lead. Most of my leads come from my signs/ads/postcards/bizcards. Got any tips on using this approach when the seller's making the call?
