Apart from that, Sydney city planning should get rid of this idea they should not allow any building to be built taller then 235meters or so.
Sydney's 100m-200m high-rise are awful, no unique architectural to them at all, fat & small.
Sydney & NSW has ZERO forward thinking folk in governments anymore.
Sydney was suppose to get 445meter tall Skyscraper years ago, named GBD-1. Until lame ass city planing stopped it.
The city needs SKYSCRAPERS
